Remember Me - Possibly good? Maybe?

When I saw the first trailer with the memory puzzle, I figured it would be a day one purchase. I'm less sure about that now. I mean, I really want to like this game. The setting is beautiful, and I like the idea of the memory puzzles. The voice acting is so blah, but I can overlook that. But the combat is bland, too? I'll probably end up getting it, but now I'm not sure when.

Been following it for a while...it looked REALLY rubbish at first, especially the animations but now like it's getting better.

Voice acting seems terrible, cringeworthy even.
Combat looks good....but other than that the gameplay seems a bit contrived. At a glance the climbing/memory aspects seem to be devoid of challenge/real options.

It's pretty low down on my watch list. IMO it has real potential, but I'm not holding my breath.

Eeeeeh. Very cautiously optimistic that it might be good. Might. As in, there's no absolute guarantee, and suckiness is still right around the corner.

It's a Capcom game (ouch!) by a French team (nothing against my cousins, but honestly? French devs aren't all that great at world-building and general design judging from my personal experiences) that offers promising combat and precisely one mechanic that's more or less extremely adventure-gamey.

Two out of four, for me. I'll sit tight and wait for reviews.

I want it mostly because of the aesthetic, setting and yeah because it one of the few games with a female lead. I likely won't get it until long after its released and droped in price though.
Combat looks ok, doesn't look like anything special but I haven't played it so can't really comment. The dialogue and voice acting from what I've seen so far is terrible.
