I first played Soulblade when I was three. It remains one of my all-time favourites to this very day.

Man, some people are bloody young.
First gamey game I played that I was Comix Zone on the Mega Drive. I'd played arcade cabinet games before that but that was my first like home one and that was at a friends house.
First one I owned was Tomb Raider. A PC gmaer was born.

Pong. That's right, Pong.
You win the thread. Unless someone else can boast having played Space Wars! or some other such game before games were marketed.

If we're going with console games, Spyro the Dragon for the first PlayStation. If this is any game in particular, I think it was Pokemon Red for GameBoy. Or possibly Super Mario Land.
my first was space invaders and tetris, lol, i was freaking young

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the Sega Megadrive.

Sonic's always had a special place in my heart because of it, even if Sega have gone and shit all over him in the past...well, many years.
Same, I still play it every now and again for a trip down memory lane. Good times.

Super Empire Strikes Back on the SNES. Even though I could only complete two levels of it. It was still fun though.

Wishbringer on Mac II. Never beat that goddamned game either. It also had some prepackaged slots/memory/math games. The awful sound of that old computer starting up still haunts me to this day. o_o

First PC game was either Paperboy, something that Hotel Mario ripped-off, or the original Oregon Trail. & they let me play this IN school.

Starcraft. My first game was for PC, thus I became a pure PC gamer. Thank you Blizzard!

The first I ever played was the original Sonic the Hedgehog I think. The first I personally owned was Pokemon Yellow. I don't think I've ever actually beaten it though. I always end up restarting.

Excitebike (SNES?) I remember walking down my hallway and watching my dad hook it up and play without seeing me. When it was discovered i had been watching, i was returned to my room for the remainder of {GRRRRR>>>>>>>>>} naptime. Three or Four years old.
