hmmm, Im unsure if you really do have a photographic memory, however Ild recommend you get into playing games that are extreamly hard both in complexaty and twitch difficulty but you will have to play at an advanced level so that you are mentally stimulated.
If you enjoy finding out how each game ticks and then using the knowledge of the game to make it your ***** then I suggest either turning the tutorials off if you can, and not reading the rulebook. Also play games close to release day when players are just finding their feet.
Also I recommend playing games that are simple on the surface but are complex beasts for anyone who scratches the surface. Old coin op arcade games are like this especially games that have highscores (eg shmups, especially modern Cave shmups like Deathsmiles) You say you like puzzules then play these games for score as they are very much like puzzle games. Treasure's Ikaruga might be to your liking. (Outlander is a similar 2D platformer with the same on the fly puzzles. (get MAME) EDIT also check out Nomltest and Geometry Wars which are more random then normal shooters
Other then that play games with random generated levels like Dwarf Fortress or Nethack. Torchlight is a diablo clone with these elements.
Also play multiplayer games, look for games where your ability isnt a "I win button" or gimp yourself in some way to level the playing field (Eve Online)
