Report: The English Language to Leave the Escapist

In a stunning move, the English Language itself has decided to separate itself from the Escapist. After it gives it's closing statements, it will leave this site to explore greener pastures. While the English Language assures us that the last trying few months had no effect on its decision to leave and it wishes the staff the best in future endeavors. Here was the English Language's final goodbye

My fellow Escapists,

As your main language, it has been a great many years we have worked together. Though I have evolved in many ways over the years, learning and adapting my word base to fit the lives of the multitude of users here, I have always given pride in my ability to find understanding towards parties that had differing opinions. However, the time has come for me to explore different pastures and therefore I must bid you all a fond farewell to you all.

As to who will take my place, I take it upon you to decide. You users have always wanted the freedom of choice so I decree to you the ultimate choice: the choice of finding a way to understand one another. You may ask the likes of other popular languages such as Mandarin or Spanish, or you may choose to go towards International Languages such as Esperanto, Ido, or Interlingua. Whatever you choice is, I trust that you will find it suitable to your liking

And with that, I bid you all a mighty farewell.
