I recently got back into Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars when my eve account went down. I used to be OK at it, not amazing but not terrible, and I remember playing online a lot. I haven't checked the online servers for a few months (since I stopped playing in fact), but I am sure there are still people who play it both online and offline because, well, it's C&C.

I'm looking for a regular opponent. I have improved greatly, and AI is only a challenge for me any more on brutal, and no matter how hard I try, how many different tactics I play I can't get around a brutal opponent.

So, anyone here with C&C 3 who is also looking for an opponent, I will be glad to match you.

Hit me up on personal message with user details and such if you're interested.

You know that was a pretty good game, and I really love them, but i'm also smart enough to know that realistically I suck, so i'm a pass on that :p

(I find normal AI is more than enough for me 1 vs 1 xD)

This is what I used to be like, when I stopped playing all those months ago. Since the other day when I re-installed, I have increased in skill vastly. It might be because I am smarter, it might be that I watched WCG 2007's C&C 3 matches and learned good tactics, or it might be that I was simply a retard before :p

I think i'm stuck in retard-land then :p
Either way at the moment i've moved into that zone in retard-land where I like pretty colours so i'm playing C&C3: Red Alert, tis fun either way, and you don't have some messed up plot to actually follow, you just smirk the whole time with killer bears and psychic schoolgirls and giant flying heads etc etc :p

I could never get into the zaniness of red alert. I have always preferred the harsh storyline of the Tiberium series.

One thing though: are the two series linked in any way? For instance, are there references in red alert to tiberium? Do you use tiberium?

Naw you use gold mines, but I think there was a reference to Kain in a red alert campaign at one point

Red Alert 3 is the best command and conquer ever. I played the "plot" for every faction around 4 times. I still mess around with the editor and map gen as well. I also have to pump CnC 3 graphics to max for the game to be playable where as RA3 on high graphics is processor meltingly, shiny object addictively awesome!

Also normal AI is hard for me and in both RA3's and CnC 3's skirmishes the best I can survive is 1 v 1 v 1.

I know, I know... to each his own. But you, sir, need to have your head examined.

You could always play 1V2 on hard, if thats still too easy try 1V3 on hard.

Keep going till you find the right level, it has to be easier than asking for random people to play with.

To each their own indeed! I like C&C3 a lot :D
Though to be fair i prefer tiberian sun/firestorm, that eva vs cabal cutscene was weirdly cool
