K, I just got the game about 2 weeks ago ( yes I know its old) But I got my budies saved game, and I beat the seperate ways missions. Anywho, I havent beat the game yet, on chapter 5, but when I beat seperate ways it says I have unlocked the (Chicago Typewritter) and I can buy it from a merchant.

Anyway my question is how do I start a new game, with all the weapons, tactical vest etc, do I have to beat the game once and then it will ask me to start a new game?

Yes beat the game, and instead of going to "new game" on the menu screen just load the complete game on your file saves.

Oh, them. Well, its always best to spam them with .45 cal magnum bullets, (but in their backs of course). Attract their attention so they rush at you, but stick to the walls, so they'll get stuck and you get a good opportunity to shoot them in the back.

Bah i killed them both with my bolt action rifle.

Those are annoying. But remember that they're blind.

A good tactic is to shoot one with your handgun, dodge them both near a wall to get their claws stuck for a few seconds, then use a high damage weapon to shoot the plaga in their back.

I'll edit it now.

That part is 10x easier if you didn't waste the rocket launcher. I'm one of those hoard-everything-just-in-case type players, so it wasn't too difficult for me.

Final boss + that free rocket launcher = you get the special launcher to kill it.

wait for them to run at u dodge them and then shoot the parasite its a 2 shot kill if its a fully upgraded one

Rocket launcher for the third one? It's a much better option simple to shoot the chains above that one too.
I wouldn't recommend ever buying the rocket launcher. That's not to say the free rocket launcher you find should be discarded, it's still good for the Salazar or the hand boss fights...

I wouldn't recommend ever buying the rocket launcher. That's not to say the free rocket launcher you find should be discarded, it's still good for the Salazar or the hand boss fights...

I find that one a ***** because its facing towards you and flames you before I can shoot chains.

Not sure if this helps but this is my "stradegy". Use the handgun (there are many to choose from, i ), i don't think that its necessary to just use the handgun though, but you'll always get to a boss with massive piles of ammo .

PS: Knife the regenerators (w000 crazy), just knife their legs off, and then keep knifing them in the back, no ammo wasted ... only there are times where it can go horribly wrong :O. Theres a tutorial up on youtube on how to knife them correctly.

PPS: Try to have a rocket launcher for tough bosses!

PPPS: The minibosses count as bosses too ... somewhat... i mean taking down one of those chainsaw maniacs with a handgun ... i don't think so.

PPPPS: The blind guy with blades on his hands is also easy to take down with just the handgun.

PPPPPS: So are many of the other minibosses!

Lol, the thread seems to have gone off-topic. Anyway thanks for the help. Also, For the guy who said never buy a rocket launcher, I disagree. You can kill salazar in 20 secs if you buy one, tmp the eye, boom. Dead. Also the 2 garradors in the hallway, boom dead. Its very usefull.

Also, The guy who said I'll never afford it, it says its 600,000 pestas right? I'm sure I'll have that near the beginning of the second time through?
