Lots of other good games are being released in November like XCOM 2 so I should be thanking them for the extra time.
That was my mindset too, I already have too many games so don't mind having more time.

Well 2016 is no surprise since its launching so late in 2015, the question i want answered is when in 2016.

Also, does he mean W10 as in its W10 exclusive?

If so, might have to put this one on the backburner.
The question of when was answered in the article... holiday season, 2016.

Not terribly worried by this. Wasn't impressed with the first TR, not going to bother with the follow up unless it's like 2 years from now and it's on sale for 5 bucks.

im wondering how much they will charge us for the pc version and if we get some sort of compensation for it. but what worries me is the WIN 10 part. not that it requires 10 to play the game. im lately confused these days about small things.

Fine with me honestly, Although I'm certain the game will be out in Japan well before then on PS4 since it's unlikely that Tomb Raider will justify the localization costs based on the 3 Xbox one owners in Japan who would actually buy it.

Feh, as much as it's stupid to have timed exclusives and I still am pissed off at Micro$oft and $quare Enix for what they did, frankly fallout 4 will be out by then and yeah... What I am more concerned about is the announcement of "Windows 10" does this mean the game won't be coming to Windows 7 or 8? Because if that's the case consider even more on the backburner than it already is for me

Not overly surprising, console exclusives (outside Nintendo) rarely stay that way nowadays. That said, i got motion sick playing the first one (barely got halfway), so I doubt I'll be picking this one up.

That's just the PS4 version, if you read the article it indicates that the Windows and Steam versions will be available from "Early 2016" but doesn't say when.
