The Man in white, who was the same size as the Monster, began to walk over towards where he thought Zeph would be.

The Bionic Arm hit the monster's Jaw and he replied with a swing of his massive Claws, Which Zeph blocked with his arm.
But now the Man in white found him and advanced.

"Whoa! Ummm Sorry, Didn't know about that, so uh what kind of meds do you need?" Rugal said.
God, how many times can I make a bad impression today!?

Zeph realized that this man was nothing if patient. And that was the scariest thing of all. He decided to duck down and slowly back up. If the man noticed this movement, then he was using hearing, and sight would no longer matter. He would open fire with his pistol at that point.

"Yeah, Blondie, I probably should've mentioned her... peculiarities earlier, but it's so much fun to see her go off on someone." He bent down and found some a decent brand of scotch,"Nothing I can do for her, we found that out the hard way.If it wasn't for my powers, I'd be missing more parts of me than I am now."

Joey sat back down on the couch, and began sipping his drink,"And Cutter, please don't excite yourself anymore than you already have, you're not completely healed."

The Man in White turned and stared Zeph in the eyes before reaching to grab him as the Monster got back up.

Oh gosh, Zeph hoped this had better work.
He emptied shot after shot, probably 7 to 10 in total, from his laser pistol into the man's arms, chest, and head. The plan was that, as the man stumbled back, letting go at the very least, the monster, now fully aware of where Zeph was, would come charging. Zeph would charge his bionic arm, leap back, and swing his arm around as the monster was passing, clotheslining him.

Zeph would take advantage of the momentary lull in activity by the two to run past the man in white, crawl through the holes, reach the door, hopefully punching through the relatively thin metal in comparison to his strong bionic arm. Whatever the material was that was in that vial would have to wait. He would be back.

The laser shots had zero effect on the man, who on a closer look was not a man at all and his white clothing was some kind of armour.
He grabbed Zeph and picked him up before going to put his huge hand around his neck.

Zeph knew that this was the end. But he realized something. Had the creature ever performed an aggressive action against him? Had the man done that as well? Oh god, what if he'd totally misjudged them. What if they weren't monsters at all, but were just trying to survive in this dark basement?

"Wait,"Zeph stated, hoping for a pause in the man. "I'm sorry.
"I shouldn't have fired without first determining if you were actually friend or foe. I misjudged because I was jumpy about going into this basement. If you do kill me, it is warranted. I should have thought ahead and considered that you might very well have had the potential to be a friend, though that potential exists no longer."

The "Man" who seemed confused Paused then looked to his Parter who gave an expression that was akin to "I dunno".
He then turned his Hand into a fist and knocked Zeph out before carrying him deeper into the lab.

Zeph awoke on a table in a rusted room with a flickering light overhead.
He tried to move but found both that there was restraints on his normal arm and legs.
He checked and found that in an attempt to remove it, the "Things" Damaged his Bionic Arm, turning it limp.
He then saw a tray of needles and a TV in the corner.
The Door was locked.

"Shit."
His arm was damaged, his laser pistol gone. God DAMN it. The only way he was going to get out of here was to use his wits. He identified the material on his restraints.

That light would have enough electronics for him to make a detonator, and the TV, well the TV might be able to be a light explosive. He'd have to see. But first, to get out of these restraints. He decided he would keep the arm with him because, at the very least, it would add more force to his blows if he swung it around.

The restraints. Hm. The restraints.

Well, luckily enough, he still had his invisibility button and his signal jammer/transponder (I believe that's the correct term). He lifted his head, which was without restraint, and hit the button on his left arm that sent out a frequency to hopefully break the lightbulb above his head. Freedom from these restraints was a great reward compared to the darkness that was about to follow.

The Light broke and some broken glass fell onto Zeph's Face.

The "Man" from earlier walked in.
He stared at Zeph as he brought around the TV and went to put in a DVD.
The TV came on but there was no Video.
The "Man" went to fix that and now has he back turned to Zeph.

Zeph had previously calculated all the potential trajectories that he possessed of different bodily motions that could result in convenient actions, such as him flicking a piece of glass into his hand in order to wear away at the restraints. He had a list of them memorized, because he had prepared for a situation like this. He slowly worked on the restraints while the "man" was turned. If the restraints were close to coming off, he would stop work until the "man" left.

The Man set up a Video of the owner of the Lab giving out some information about what happens to intuders but due to Water Damage from the last time the TV was used, he could only show the part where a man gets injected with a green serum.
He then trashes around screaming in pain as his veins turned green.
The Video cut out again, this time the "Man" tapping the TV like one would bang a TV to receive a Channel.
He soon gave up and took a Green Needle from the Tray and went to Inject Zeph.

Well shit. You'll have to tell me if he finished cutting through restraints.

Zeph, in a panic, quickly bashed his head into the invisibility button, becoming invisible, hopefully making it harder for the "Man" to find his vein. He then feverishly attempted to saw through whatever was left of his restraint and break himself free before the "Man" would go poking around inside of him. Maybe if he positioned the invisibility button near when he was jabbing with the needle, the needle might break. Yeah!

The "Man" Tried to inject Zeph but his moving around while invisible made it hard.
Zeph finished cutting the restraint as the "Man" Wrapped his massive hand around his head to keep him still and went to inject him.

Zeph continued to thrash about, now hoping to tip over the table with the extra weight of his bionic arm, able to put in more force than he could previously have hoped because his arm was free.

The "man" kept Zeph Still as he found a Vein in his neck and pressed the needle in.
A feeling of intense Dread filled Zeph as he felt the Contains enter his system.
The "Man" Pulled out the Needle and left the room to get the second batch.
The pain would set in in a minute or so.

Zeph didn't notice anything different. Why was the patient screaming in the video? Zeph wasn't about to find out. He had a brillaint idea. He could now easily sever the tethers holding him to the table. He proceeded to do so. If it hurt anything like it did with that patient, he would have to be mindful. He tied one of the tethers over his mouth and pressed the invisibility button, lying on the floor next to/under the table so as to muffle his screams if there would be any.

The Pain Set in as the Serum rearranged the way Zeph's body sent blood around.
He chewed on the Tether as he yelled though his teeth due to the pain.
It felt like someone tangling every vein in his body before pulling on them and like his insides were set on fire.
He opened his eyes and saw the veins turn green and move around a little under his skin.
It lasted for several minutes and once it passed, he felt light-headed from the screaming.
The worse was over, but he was in no state to fight with this poison flowing though him

Zeph tried to relax, but that pain was the most excruciating he had ever felt in his life. It probably would never go away. He hoped the episodes wouldn't be frequent. It took him several minutes to get over the pain and stop sweating due to it, but he formed another plan.
Once the "Man" entered and before the door closed, he'd just slip out. It had to work. He had to make sure that it worked. Oh god, it still hurt. It'd hurt again soon. Just make it stop, make it stopmakeitsto-
SNAP OUT OF IT!
He shook his head and began waiting again, barely staving off the dark thoughts.
