Amelia paced across the rooftops, glancing down at the scene below.

Damn, looks like nothing's happening now. But I'll think I should sit around and wait, maybe just to see if things pick up...

With that, she sat down on the rooftop, just out of sight.

Amelia heard footsteps from the deck below then two men talking.
"...Joey settled for 10 Mill, all and all coulda went worse." a fat man in a pink suit said to a white haired man in a blue suit.
"Good, I have my gold and Richardson hits up the the riff raff, leaving my hands clean...Make sure the deal goes down without a fight, I need that gold for the bathrooms..." Adel said before he walked away.
"Wait...THAT WAS ONLY FOR THE BATHROOMS!?" Carmine shouted afterwards.

There was a knock at the door of the mansion, followed by the door being blasted open. The blue light of the electricity died out and when the dust settled, Thunder was standing in the doorway, shield at the ready.

"Not bad." he said, looking around.

The Blast Awoke Rugal and most likely the others.
He quickly put his pants on and ran out into the hallway.
Upon seeing Thunder, he shouted "WHAT THE FUCK! WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!?"

This but without the headset, weird data pad thing or the sword. And instead of the sword he has his Thunder Shield strapped to his back. And he is 5'11.
Powers/Skills: Thunder has greater than average strength and agility, but he is especially dangerous because of his shield. It is in a long oval shape rather than a circle and is very large being wider than he is and almost as tall as him. This allows him to hide his whole body behind it if he has to. The majority of the shield is made of some type of electrically charged crystal that glows faintly and the outer rim of the shield is a razor sharp metal frame. The crystal part is virtually indestructible and the whole shield weighs about 95 pounds, but Thunder handles it as if it were much lighter due to his strength. But the real power behind it is that, when the crystal is struck, it releases an electric shockwave response, which means if someone were to punch it or strike it with a metal object they would get shocked as if by a police stun gun. And when Thunder chooses, he can release stored up electricity in a powerful blast.
History: Thunder was the child of renowned scientist David Trenton who worked for the heroes. He built them gadgets and vehicles and weapons, and he was still treated like crap. One day a villain who is long since dead, stole and experimental weapon from the lab and used it to kill several heroes. One of the heroes that survived the battle assumed that David had supplied the villain on purpose and wrecked his lab, intending to kill David. He was only stopped by a sudden, lethal, blast of electricity fired from the newest weapon, the Thunder Shield. When the villain fell dead, David looked and saw 13 year old Connor had saved him. After that they were hunted by the heroes and went into hiding. Ironically they ended up siding with the villains, until one day, when Connor was 16 and out practicing with the shield, several heros found his father and killed him in cold blood. After that, Connor made the shield his symbol and became Thunder.

"OH SHIT!" Thunder yelled in responce as Rugal ran down the hall.

The look on his face was one of surprise, not malice.

"Sorry...I didn't think anyone was here. I was kinda hoping to make this my HQ." he said with a sheepish grin.

Rugal was not amused.
"Gimme one reason Why I shouldn't kick your ass..." he said as he readied his Slashing Aura around his hands and feet.

"Because, Blondie, I've got him centered."

Joey stepped out of the shadows, in a pristinely pressed suit. Strange for the time of night, but he was Joey.

"Hey hey hey now," Thunder began.

"Clearly you guys are villains, so we're on the same team here." Thunder let his huge shield fall to his side.

"I'm not looking for trouble. Just a place to sleep."

"Is that right?...nothing to do with a massive Gold robbery that we pull...ed...off..." Rugal asked before he realised what he just did.
Joey was kind enough to smack him upside the head.

"Gold Robbery? Guys, I've been on the run since that big jail break a little while back. I have at least 2 heroes searching for me that I know of, not to mention the cops. Wait a second..."

A look of recognition appeared on his face.

"I saw you during the break out!" he said to Rugal.

Joey made sure to hit Rugal with the butt of the gun. Hard.

"Who said we were villains? Can't a young guy in a suit get any respec' aroun' here wit'out bustin' some 'eads? Who the hell are you and why'd you just bust down my maple door in the middle of the night with a glowing shield lookin' like some kind of knight from the pict're's?

"You can stop acting tough and witty. You just admitted to stealing gold, you are living in the house of a dead super villain, and you are fully dressed and armed at 2 in the morning. What part of that doesn't scream villain?"

Thunder was visibly at ease.

Rugal rubbed the back of his head after getting clocked by Joey's gun.
"[sub]Ow, sonofabitch[/sub]...You still haven't answered my question, we kill you, we go back to bed and scrape you off the walls in the morning, zero fucks given, So why shouldn't we?"

Amelia peered over the edge of the roof, catching sight of a man in an obnoxious pink suit.

Well... there's a fashion disaster waiting to happen. She thought.

She quickly ducked out of sight to avoid detection. Still, this looks like a decent target, but I'm not going back to jail again... as much as I hate to admit it, I'm going to have to take it easy for once...

"Oh, come on, anyone with any sense of style knows that wearing a suit in the middle of the night is awesome. I've always got a gun with me,I've got alot of enemies and this is a dead super villain's house? Who knew, I just bought it off the market. If you want a place to sleep though, there's a bed down in the basement."

Joey pointed at the hole in the wall that led down to where the idiot genius had wandered off to and gotten himself up in his room.

"Well for one, It wouldn't go as quick and easy as you are no doubt picturing it." He said to Rugal, punctuating with a small crackle of electricity on the surface of his shield.

"And two, If you guys are some kind of league, I'd be more than willing to help out. Strength in numbers and all that. Honestly, I don't see what this hostility is for. The supers practically run the world. We all need all the help we can get. Sorry about the door, but are you seriously going to give up a potential ally over some wood?"

 

[Redryhno]

"We've already come close to losing allies over 'wood' kid","He looked at Rugal, giving him a wink, "But if you still want a place to sleep, all the rooms up here are spoken for. The basement's still up for grabs though. One question though, you got any cigarettes?"

Rugal hid his rage at Joey.
"Uuuuugghhhh...fine, you can stay...Just forget Joey and don't go into the Basement, it's full of pain and sadness. Here, Think Zeph has a second bed..."
Rugal opened the Door and found Zeph Dead with flies around his body.
"Hey Zeh-......Ohhhhhh....Hey, New Guy...This is why we don't go into the basement..." He said as the smell of the dead body filled the hall.
"You got Gloves?"

Thunder smiled and put his shield on his back.

"Actually I do." He said to Joey cheerfully.

He took a pack of Lucky Strikes out of his pocket and tossed one to Joey before taking one for himself.

"I don't have a light though. You?" he asked with the cigarette hanging from his mouth.

He looked at the body and just sighed.

"You know what, I'll sleep on the couch."

"...Yeah, I think that'd be for the best...Well...huh....you got a name?..." Rugal asked as he closed the door and began to think about how he could get Zeph's share of the gold.
