Joey looked at the roses with disinterest, sure the kid had picked the obvious choice, but only roses? Oh well, guess it was time to go get checked in.

Well, that new girl seems to have a sense of humor, that's a nice change.

He walked to the front desk as he saw Rugal sputtering and obviously thinking hard about who and what had sent the flowers, maybe even if he had sent them himself. Blondie wasn't stupid by many lengths, but from Joey's experience with him, he'd had a tendency to act first and think later.

He arrived at the front desk,"Joey Castanzano and party checking in...yeah, the three largest suites you've got, and can we all get separate keys? I'll make sure to get them to everyone." Joey paid for the rooms and started back to the group. Still gathered around Rugal, he noted.

"Not just yet, but the night is still young. And there's all kinds of things a big mean villain like your self could do with a poor innocent woman like me in just a few hours." she said with a grin.

"I don't know about hours, but I can be pretty persuasive."

"Can't wait". She said, squeezing his arm.

"So joey, what will our accommodations look like?" Thunder said as Joey approached the group.

Coraline had mostly ignored the man with the mass of roses, expecting him to have been a flavorful background event. Hmm, I wonder if his lady will show while we're still here. Or would it be better if she never shows in the first place? That or
Coraline's thoughts were interrupted by the man approaching her with a trolley.

"Excuse me, Madam, these came in especially for you."
Coraline stumbles. "Um, hwa?" That was.. unexpected.
The man then hands her a card. She looks at the man, confused. "What is.."
She looks at the letter.

Red-0, having purchased everything she needed earlier, knew instantly that Rugal wouldn't have sent those flowers. He's always been way too cowardly about his crush. But this is too funny to have him make an excuse and leave. Red-0 subtly kept Rugal from leaving, so he'd have to face the issue.

Roachman was visibly impressed, he held onto his braces and admitted "You know, I don't feel so bad about losing us the mansion, anymore, of course, like she said, or at least implied, this is all dependant on who we share a room with....how're we even gonna decide? How many of us are there?" Roachman counted "something like 9", including Thunder's wench.

Joey watched as Rugal stammered through his little speech. The way his face kept switching expressions so quickly was nothing short of hilarious for him. He smirked and pulled out his flask, found one of the Joker faces on it, and replied to Rugal's obvious sudden hatred,"Why so serious, Blondie? And why you so mad now?"

He shrugged and turned to Thunder after a sip,"And who is this exactly? Never seen her face turn up in the news." He took another sip and tentatively offered it around the group.

Thunder polity denied the flask before answering.

"This lovely lady is Jessica. She helped me acquire my new car at a 100% discount and is my date for this high-class outing."

"So, you all are villains too?" She asked in a tone of voice that said she already knew.

"My good woman, there are no heroes, and there are no villains. Simply the people that screw people over, and then there's people like myself, who ruin those people's family life, in a manner of speaking."He coughed during the last part and took another drink.

"You do know that her employers are going to want that car back, right?Oh, and here's the room keys"He began handing them out, and made sure to give Rugal and Inferno cards to different rooms, just to make it that much more entertaining. The last four he randomly distributed, throwing two in the direction of Thunder and the other towards Roach and Red, whichever of them took it didn't matter to him. He turned on his heel and headed for the elevators.

Phase two started, I wonder what Blondie's going to do now...

Coraline's mouth opens with a surprised look on her face. After a few moments, she closes her mouth. Coraline then opens her mouth as if to speak, and then shuts it again. Then Coraline points to the right side of the Hotel[footnote]A keen observer might notice that she chose her direction at random.[/footnote] as she says to noone in particular "So I'm going this way."

Coraline then turns and begins walking.

Coraline glances back for a moment. "Oh, and 'Hi Jessica, nice to meet you'."

Feeling Rejected, He walks past Thunder and says "Well, I'll be in the bar..." as he entered the main Casino floor:

"So," she turned to Thunder. "Will you dazzle me with you gambling skills?" Then she whispered in his ear, "Or should we skip to the fun part?"

Thunder was going to try to get Rugal's attention, but Jessica ended up getting his. There was one moment of exchanging playful looks and then the two of them rushed off to the elevator, hand in hand.

The ride up to their floor was fun, and the new room was even more fun, not that they actually saw much of it.

Well, wasn't expecting Inferno to run off like that. Red thought, grabbing one of the room keys that Joey had tossed her way. "Well, I need to go change. Nice meeting you, Jessica." Red carried her luggage toward her room, intending to close the door and start to change after -- after all, she wouldn't be needing the old voice modulator anyway, and she didn't feel like wearing the Red-0 stuff the whole night.
