Joey returned the cigarette to his mouth and held the gun steady, ready to open up on them if the guy decided to try being a hero. Or if one of them was actually a hero, that would be fun too.

Joey picked up the radio and attempted to imitate what little he'd heard of the woman's voice he'd heard,"Dispatch, this is 1099, we've got a code 28 coupled with 17 and 7, she might be a code 10 by the time we get back, so get the docs ready. Oh, and some guy just burst his arm into flame, so we'll need some work on the- GODDAMMIT!" Joey fired at the wall, near the radio before shooting it as well, leaving nothing left but static on the other end.
