I still don't understand the reason why people play these games. Why not just go out and play a real guitar.

I play my guitar for own amusement alone.

I play Rock Band with friends because it is...fun. Same reason I play any video game. I could ask them to buy a bass and drums, but bit cheaper for me to spend 80 dollars on the whole Rock Band 2 game/guitar/mic/drums. Also, learning to play real guitar well takes years of practice, Rock Band can be competent in days on medium or even some songs on hard. No such thing as "easy mode" on real instruments.

When does the Mustang come out? I went to game stop thinking it was an oct 26 release with the game and they said it wasnt. Now I've been searching the web and can't seem to find any info on it.
