It steers - you can see it in the front wheel design, and a few scenes in the video show some minute steering adjustments - but Im willing to bet you wouldn't want to turn that wheel too sharp in a hurry.

Longterm though Im not sure how a lego engine would hold up against the air pressure, probably would need to service it every so often (ie, squish the bricks back together).

I'm not sure why, but I immediately thought of garry's mod, and then I thought how lucky it is that reality doesn't lag from ultra complex machines because this sucker would lag the whole earth with it's engine.
