I don't know if anyone has mentioned this seeing as how i'm too lazy to read every post. I would recommend the Tales series. I know they are a JRPG, but again you never specified if they were off limits or not. Each is wonderful as its own separate game, but IMO Tales of Vesperia and the original Tales of Symphonia are my favorites.

I have to disagree. I believe MMORPGer's and RTS games have no place on consoles. They are things that should stay exclusive to PC. Besides there is no way the Bethesda would make a MMORPGer seeing how they are fighting with Interplay over their Fallout MMO game.
