I was severly dissapointed with survival mode. I thought we were getting 2 new campaigns? Can anyone confirm this? cheers

On the money, 4 campaigns, where simple spawn points and some different item placements were different, that part is indeed trivial and wore thin quite easily, each game is different, but not unique enough, sure VS mode offers more, but still your putting on underwear, whether its your monday boxers, or tuesday briefs.Khazoth said:

- Left 4 Dead is what you make it. If you don't have the patience to play Versus a couple times don't even comment, because you've missed like 90% of the game.
- Left 4 Dead 2 is almost certainly *NOT* on the way. It's only been 7 months.
- Survival mode was added for the people who just like mowing down a couple thousand zombies in one go for the sake of stress relief. Don't play it if you aren't one of them.

So yeah, it's obvious that this will just be download content.
To be honest, I really don't care because I don't play Left 4 Dead that often. Not because it's a bad game, but rather because TF2 completley absorbs my interest.
