I prefer unstructured exercise. I walk the mile from the bus station to campus every morning with my books on my back---beats the hell out of workout machines and uses more muscle groups.

It's only uphill one way, though, and it rarely snows, but I'm not telling my grandkids that.

Didn't you say in different thread that you're from Boston. Doesn't it snow there?

Also, I agree that it's better for many people, myself included, to simply add exercise to their commute. Ride a bike, get off one station early, park a block away in the free parking etcetera...

I was born and raised in Boston but I'm currently living in Reno and going to the University of Nevada. Moving back home on June 1, 2012 (and yes, counting down the days 'til then!)

I see, I know that Nevada = Desert so like, I suppose the lack of snow makes sence.

I'm not stalking you by the way, you just have a memorable avatar, regular and intelligent posts, and seem to be one of the few people on here that like both games and sport.
