I know it's closed, but I want this to be written down for when replacements are inevitably requested.
Name: Sylvia Silverman
Personals: 16, Human, Female.
Appearance: On the slightly shorter end of average, a little on the stocky side. Neck-length silver hair kept in bun.
She wears scale-mail when she can get away with it, but will settle for a school uniform if she has
High-concept: Close-range tanky-chargey-brawler.
Troubles: Stubborn, has trouble "Changing gears", a bit on the narcissistic side, condescending, does not play well with others, incapable of the thing people call "Subtlety". (Whatever that is.)
Armaments: Gungir, (A rocket-propelled drill-headed piston-jointed ranseur(A ranseur is a spear with large side protrusions below the head to prevent it from being lost in an enemy's body)) Aegis (A targe (A targe is a large round shield. Think Captain America) that spins to deflect blows. It has a retractable bladed-edge and can be used as a circular-saw.)
Semblance: Electricity. She may charge her body or equipment, fire off bolts as a ranged attack, or with great concentration, trigger a lightning strike from above.

Alright, here's the new character I've been working on. Still needs one of her aspects, but most everything else has been taken care of.

Tentative Name: Claire Verte
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Species: Faunus - Snake
Appearance: With her slim, not quite lanky frame and lightly tanned skin, Claire could almost pass as an ordinary girl, even with her shock of neon green hair. However, a close inspection of her features, particularly her vertically slitted pupils and slightly forked tongue, clearly reveal her as a Faunus.

Claire's typical outfit consists of a loose, sleeveless blouse, a short skirt, and some leggings, with a pair of heavy work boots and some gloves to complete her ensemble. Her twin swords, when collapsed into their smaller forms, are worn on her back and right hip.

Personality: Perpetually charged with an almost saccharine aura of cheeriness, Claire tends to see things from a glass-half-full perspective. Sure, some parts of life may suck, but there's always something you can choose to be happy about. So why not focus on that instead of the bad stuff?

Though she doesn't place any particular importance on herself, the young woman is still rather selfish, mostly seeking to satisfy only her own desires and ignoring those of others. While she's familiar with the concept of teamwork, she hasn't had much of an opportunity to really practice it, instead throwing herself into her own hobbies and interests. In particular, she has a somewhat unhealthy obsession with Grimm, and will welcome any opportunity to learn more about them, regardless of any potential danger.

[HEADING=3]Aspects[/HEADING]
High Concept: Eerily Enthusiastic Zoologist
Trouble: Public Enemy Number 2 - Though Claire was found not guilty of her adoptive father's crimes, the people of Vacuo may not agree with that ruling. The Faunus may have enrolled in Lodestar primarily to get a better look at the Creatures of Grimm, but fleeing the city itself was also one of her objectives.

First Adventure (what you gained/learned): It Can't Stay Dark Forever, Right?

Life in Vacuo isn't exactly easy for Faunuses, particularly not for a little girl and her single father. Regardless of talent or effort, many opportunities are simply inaccessible due to their race. Still, Jack Verte tried to make sure his daughter knew that bemoaning their situation was no way to get ahead. Even if the deck was stacked against them, success was still possible, so long as she would give it her all. Claire took this lesson to heart, studying and training as much as she could, and even managing to earn a spot in Sanctuary when she turned 13.

First Interaction (what you gained/learned): Grade-A Bookworm

While Sanctuary's physical classes were enjoyable in their own way, Claire's favorite part of the school were the courses it offered on more knowledge-based subjects. The various properties of one's Aura, what mixtures of Dust would produce what results, and, of course, the behaviors of the more well known species of Grimm. Considering all the time and effort the young Faunus would put into her studies, it was no wonder that she was consistently one of the highest scoring students in her year. What was surprising, at least to her, however, was how often she traded rankings with one other student in particular, a Jade Bordeleon. Claire didn't particularly mind being bested in the sparring rankings, but the fact that she couldn't consistently be the best in purely academic stats rankled a bit.

Second Interaction (what you gained/learned): Family Issues

Jack Verte had always been Claire's hero. Despite being a Faunus, he'd studied and worked hard enough to earn a position at one of the Zaan Corporation's labs, researching the effects of Dust on people's Auras. However, in the months leading up to Claire's enrollment in Lodestar, he'd begun to act oddly, developing bizarre habits and coming and going at strange hours. Claire, at first, tried to ignore this strange behavior, but couldn't help but worry as time went by. Eventually, one of her father's colleagues revealed the unthinkable: Jack was responsible for the string of disappearances and deaths throughout Vacuo in recent weeks. As her father was quickly captured and judged, Claire tried to recover as best she could, but the city that had been her home suddenly seemed so hostile. When she was offered a chance to join Lodestar's next freshman class, she accepted without a second thought.

Great Skills (+4): Lore
Good Skills (+3): Combat, Will
Fair Skills (+2): Athletics, Physique, Aura
Average Skills (+1): Notice, Burglary, Deceive, Investigate

Stunts:

Do You Want to Know How I'm Going to Hurt You? - Having someone describe how they're going to break your body can be unnerving. Claire can use her Lore skill in place of Provoke when trying to intimidate a foe.

I Can Taste You - Did you know that snakes can taste the air to scan their environment? Claire gets a +2 to Notice when trying to track down a living target.

Zoom Punch! - By chaining her swords together and dislocating her arm's joints, Claire can give her melee attacks much more range and versatility. A number of times per day equal to her Physique, Claire can add her Athletics to an attack roll.

Weapon: Naga and Ouroboros - A pair of tiger hook swords, which can be combined to form a double-barreled shotgun.

Aura/Semblance: Vaccinae - A largely passive ability, Claire's Semblance gives her an enhanced resistance to poisons and various illnesses, as well as letting her recover from injuries slightly quicker than usual. However, at the cost of a large portion of her stamina, Claire can temporarily boost her recovery speed to superhuman levels.

At the cost of a Fate point, Claire can recover from an injury-related Mild Consequence or reduce a Moderate Consequence down to a Mild one. In addition, when trying to overcome an aspect placed on her via a physical consequence, Claire can add her Aura to her Physique/Athletics roll.

I'm hoping that I get a chance to actually still join into this Roleplay :/ lol

Tentative Name: Nero Aragami (Color Nero: http://chir.ag/projects/name-that-color/#141300)
Species: Faunus (Jaguar)
High Concept: The Gear Grinder-In Training- Nero's way of combat mainly revolves around his weapon the Blade Regalia. Mainly a speedy type of fighting style, yet extremely consistent due to the versatility of close and long range combat. Aspiring one day to become the most renowned Hunter in history, for his creativity in fighting and saving lives.
Trouble: See rules for character creation on the SRD
Weapon: Blade Regalia- A pair of advanced Rollerblades converted into what Nero calls Air Treks back when he stayed in Atlas. Essentially rollerblades that operate with two pressure plates, one for going forward and one for going in reverse while the wheels are specifically customized to turn 45 Degrees Clockwise and Counter-Clockwise to deal perfect spinning motions. The Air Trek essentially allows for close quarter blade combat by using blades similar to the Yugioh Card: Gorz the Emissary of Darkness (on it's arms), one on each Rollerblade. Also, the Air Treks can naturally go as fast as 80 mph at best and the blades extend out into the weapon's wheels as well.
Semblance: Spitfire- Similarly, Nero is able to manipulate and create his own fire to use in combat. Mainly in the form of mid to long range projectiles, leaving a trail of fire in his wake while riding his Air Treks, or create a burst/pillar of fire to make excessively high jumps that most normal faunus and humans cannot do alone.
