It's hard to find people in this town who don't act as if they have too many friends already. I don't get it, since i'm not from here do people just avoid me cuz they can tell i'm not from around here? My solution is hypocritical. Go make some. Not that I have any means to do so, but it does seem like the simplest and most difficult solution to your issues.

I've wasted most of today on this forum or reading. That's how I kill time.

But why should time be "killed"? I've killed enough time. I want something meaningful to happen in life. Something EPIC!

Buy a flight to Rwanda, buy a tank for a couple bananas, go blow up the dictatorship, then come back with the story. How's that for epic? Remember, after War Machine starred in the movie about the hotel, you've got big shoes to fill.

go hiking! its not that hard and it a lot of fun, warning if you do decide to hike don't do it with and marines or cops. there definition of a walk is a non-stop run with 50 pounds of camping gear on your back.

Usually I read or draw when i'm that bored. Helps take my mind off of things and I feel satisfied I did something useful with my time.

well first step I'd recomend is get off the computer if you want actualy face to face human interaction. Second, I assume your at a college because you have a roomate, so I would say go to the main quad or where people hang out, or field or whatever place it may be and play games at (be it sports, cards, random activitys that involve who knows what, actual games) Im sure there is some place there, inless off course I am wrong in my assumption that your at college. But just ask people if you can join in. And about the girl friend don't be desperate to find one, you usualy need to have to have a friends befor the girl, because thats how your likely to meet her. (not saying that there are no other ways of course)

Join a club somewhere. Meet people who are interested in the same things you are. [If you're in college, that helps.]

VOLUNTEER AT THE SOUP KITCHEN. Volunteering is crazy satisfying, and you meet new people. People are always in need of help in some way. :]

Call your parents every once in a while. Reconnect with your siblings. Family can be your friends too.

Start a new creative project: drawing, painting, etc.

Get a job. You can meet interesting coworkers.

Read a good book. '1984' by George Orwell is amazing.
