You think you'll escape awkwardness that easily?

Also, apologies for my assumptions of your emotions, and for my characters behavior =P

Seeing the others anted to sleep, and feeling tired himself, Jon left Rochelle's rooms and headed back for his own. As he moved through the dark corridors, he felt the proximity of that anguished regret he had felt earlier, mixed with a touch of fear. He wished that he was in the Fay Worlds, where one could practically see by aura alone...

---

At the same time, Elijah-Jacques was wandering the halls of the school, making his meandering way back to account for his lack of sleep, and hoping to find something interesting to occupy his time.

As such, his senses were wide open and searching as Lilith slithered into view, and in his eagerness for conversation, he called out, "Excuse me, Miss, have we been introduced? My name is Elijah-Jacques Harlequin"

---

Jon felt the surge of panic, and at the same time caught the sound of the Clockwork Man's artificial voice. The combination of both was enough to give him a direction, and he hurried nearer, curiosity overcoming caution.

As he drew nearer, the emotions involved took on greater detail, and he found himself thinking Who is this who has so much to hide?, even as he found his mechanical roommate talking to a snake woman. Instinctively, he recognized a fellow emotional predator, and sidled nearer with automatic suaveness, layering on coolness, attraction, and calmness

"'Alo 'alo 'alo" he said, then paused, said "Ahoy, Tick-Tock Man" to Elijah with a tip of an imaginary hat that became a salute in mid gesture, then turned back to Lilith with "What's going on here then?"

Part of him screamed caution, but he was tired, vaguely drunk, and running on the instincts of a race of socio-physic predators

Sander noticed Rhoda peeking at his guitar.
Heh, I wonder what she thinks of it.
As he pulled out almost everything from his backpack, putting most of it on the table nex tto his bed, leaving behind only a curious, little gray box, he picked up his small little netbook he took with him. It was his baby, as laptops weren't exactly commonplace in his home village. Now that he was back at Poemandres, he could enjoy a more modern environment.

He thought he'd have to go out to find someone who could let him access the Wi-Fi network, but for the first time in years, it seemed to be lacking a password. He logged onto a forum he frequented, the dark blue background on both sides greeting him, the multitude of new videos released set on the front page. The page was well-designed, Sander always thought, and quickly he was logged in and started browsing.
Noticing Rhoda sitting on her bed, he noticed her without her red hoodie.
Getting better by the minute, he thought, his mind full of glee, which was usual for him.
Immediately he noticed the other obvious new sight - a sketchpad.
"Hey, what you drawin' there?" he asked.

Her fingers faintly black from the charcoal, Rhoda replied simply, "You."
She was now working on his cheeks, trying to get the cheekbones right.
For some reason cheekbones had always been the most difficult thing for Rhoda to get right, they required immense subtlety to look realistic.
"Where'd you get that sweet Fender?" she asked, half curious and half just trying to make small talk.

"Excuse me, Miss, have we been introduced? My name is Elijah-Jacques Harlequin"

What is it about people? They seem to have some uncanny ability to know exactly when you want to be completely unnoticed and be able to utterly destroy any hope of that.

She turned, hiding the bag from Elijah's sight. "I-I'm... Lillith." She didn't know this person, so his curiousity could go either way. He could not care less about her details, or he could be examining her every flaw as she thought...

And then there was that presence of a faerie... She automatically felt a bit more tense with him just being near her.

"I-I... have some trash to take out... so I d-don't really have time to talk..." She excused herself hurriedly, hoping they would both leave her be.

Sven watched as Rochelle got ready for bed and her friend left for his own room. Sven impulsively wanted to get to know the newcomer, but decided against it. I'll introduce myself later; I'm sure he needs to get to bed. Sven instead gave a slight wave to him and went to work making his own bed and setting up his digital alarm clock. He thought about asking Rochelle for the time, but figured she was probably asleep and didn't want to wake her, so he stepped outside to see if he could find a clock of some kind so he'd have at least a rough idea of the time.

I don't need to be precise right now. I have to visit the shrink at 10:00, but it's the first day, so... wait, what was that? Sven heard something coming from the stairwell. He got there in time to run smack into somebody. The collision was violent enough to knock the garbage bag from her hands, spilling the contents onto the stairwell.

"Another creature of the night, I see. Sven Torgerson. Terribly sorry about that," he said as he bent over to help her pick up the garbage.

So, I'm going to sleep. If you want to progress the RP, then you can control my character a small bit. If you're willing to wait, then that would be great.

This wasn't going well. Every time she dismissed one person or ran away, another seemed to take their place. And worst of all, this one had knocked her, sending the rubbish bag down the stairs and sending the contents rumbling down them...

Does anyone sleep anymore!?

"N-no! You don't have to help! Just go... I'll pick it all up!" She grabbed the bag from his grasp, not wanting him to see inside. Luckily for her, the hand had stayed inside and Sven seemed to be oblivious to it's existence. "S-sorry... I'm not usually this... clumsy..."

I can't believe it... As soon as I try to avoid people they come at me in droves...

Also, sorry for running from each of you so quickly. Lilli isn't exactly up for much conversation though.

Dillon woke to find that it was still dark inside the room. He looked around for a clock and saw one hanging on the opposite wall. It wasn't long after midnight, maybe a bit nearer to one - it was hard to make out the hands in the blackness. He sat up, rubbing his head sleepily. He knew he wouldn't be able to go back to sleep now that he was awake, so he got out of bed and headed for the bedroom door. He listened at it for a second to see if Carolina was still talking to Sven, but it appeared that they were both gone.
"She must be gone to bed." he thought, opening the door. "Guess I don't have to bother getting dressed."
He was too lazy to look for his jeans in the dark, so he proceeded out into the living area in his underwear. Looking for something to occupy himself with for a while, he sat down in front of the entertainment system and began looking through the DVD's for something to watch. He decided on a Swedish movie about vampires and put it into the player, turning on the tv with the remote. He sat back onto the sofa to begin watching it, turning down the volume so as not to wake Carolina.

Jon laughed softly and mirthlessly as Lilith retreated, "The poor dear; shes scared shitless"

Elijah looked puzzled, "How do you tell? I can't smell feces..."

"No," said the faerie with a genuine smile, "I mean she's terrified. I'm a faerie, we can tell these things, remember. She's trying to hide something in that bag, something she can't let anyone see."

"Let's let her be then" said the clockwork construct, full of chivalry, "If she wants it hidden, it's none of our business"

"Oh come on, Tick-Tock Man!" said the faerie,"Where's your sense of adventure?" he began skipping lightly and silently down the stairs in pursuit of the fleeing snake woman. hopefully she wouldn't know he was there, and slip up somehow.

The construct sighed, and turned to spot a skeleton on the stairway above him. "Hello there," he said, wearily, "Judging from the nocturnal average, I'm guessing I suppose you're up to no good as well?"

Sven thought to himself as the snake-woman frantically picked up her trash. Hm, you're hiding something. And judging by how nervous you are, it's gotta be something big. The question is, do I really want to know what?

Sven deliberated to himself whether or not to sneak after her when she left. Eventually, he just decided to say, "Don't worry, I saw nothing," and chuckle mischievously before continuing his search for a clock. Who knows, I might get lucky. She may crack and tell me.

Carolina?s eyes fluttered open as she heard voices coming from the other room, Swedish voices. that?s odd? she thought, sitting up, trying to rub the sleep from her eyes. She got up out of her bed to investigate. ?Dillon is that you?? she asked yawning as she made her way into the living area, her eyes still adjusting to the dark. She found the TV on with a movie playing and Dillon?s head popping over the top of the couch. that explains the voices.

"No, no, no..." She mumbled worriedly, picking up stray bottles as she went to further conceal her dreaded secret at the bottom of the bag. Eventually she reached the dorm's front door and left the rooms behind, quickly retreating towards the lake...

She hoped that the darkness would hide the awful task from wandering eyes. As she dragged the bag closer to the lake, she started to cry again. Finally at the edge, the water stretching out in front of her, she dragged the bag forwards and pushed it in, giving it a last push with her tail to make sure it went away into the centre of the lake.

She brushed her eyes, watching the rubbish bag start to sink away into the blue opacity of the lake. She knew that someone would most definitely be watching. But it didn't matter. They could know now. The pain and the lying was too much.

I'm off for now. Good night guys.

Dillon looked over as Carolina walked in.
"Oh, sorry - I didn't mean to wake you." he apologised. Realizing that he wasn't wearing much in the way of clothes, he started blushing heavily, his snow white cheeks starting to show a soft shade of pink.
"I.....um.....I couldn't sleep." he said sheepishly, sinking back into the couch. "There's some good movies here. You can join me if you want... I should probably go get dressed first, though..."

A minute later, Jon flitted down the stairs, nodded to Rochelle's roommate and continued on his way. He followed her out into the grounds, and watched as she threw the bag into the lake

"Well, Lilith, are you going to tell what you're hiding?" he asked sternly, piling on layers of compulsion and illusions of authority. As their minds met, and his aura began to interact with him, his instincts suggested a new course, and the illusion shifted, making his voice sound like someone significant in her memories

(In case you hadn't realized, I mean he sounds, and maybe looks, (to her) like the owner of the hand)

Sam dreamed
He was talking to Lilith she seemed in pain, he leant over her. Lashing forward she drove her fangs into his neck, Sam jumped back arm sweeping the items on the bedstand onto the floor the bottles breaking on the wall. Her tail wound around him crushing the life from him, Sam cast around looking for help, he noticed he had his angel wings again. A transformed Sven was standing in the doorway looking on in horror, but holding Nathan to the floor with his foor he appeared lifeless. Carolina was screaming in the corner yelling for Lilith to stop, Max stood next to her giggleing gentle shrouded in a green smoke.

It all went dark, Sam jumped awake. He clambered to his feet, "I need some air,"
he threw on a pair of shorts. Opening the window he climbed onto the window ledge, as he took of he saw the dark silloete of Lillith down by the lake.

She probably wants to be alone at this time. Why else would she be outside.

Flying lazyily around the dream still prominant in his head he flew up to the top of the school perching on one of the many huge gargoyle. He sighed it was a good life if he was honest, he sat watching the horison.
Mabye Carolina would like to see this. He drifted gentle down to her window ledge, trying to open the window, "Oh, crap," it was locked. He tapped on the window with a claw, in the hope somebody would let him in. He could hear voices talking some kind of european language so somebody was awake.

Nathan turned to the curious construct that had approached him

"I don't sleep, so I have to find someway to amuse myself"

He responded, walking to the wall and slowly started to walk up it unitl he was standing on the ceiling.

"Took me most of the night to master this"

Sven noticed Rochelle's friend wander past him and decided if he really wanted to know about the snake-woman, he'd ask him later. He wandered upstairs and thought, Should I pay Carolina a visit? Nah, she's probably asleep by now. Then he spotted Nathan seemingly just sitting on the steps. He was more surprised at finding him there than finding him up: he figured if he could stay up through the night no worries, so could he. "Erm, hi, Nate, what brings you out here?"

Carolina, realizing the state Dillon was in, blushed and casted her eyes downward. ?Oh?yah?sorry about that, I just heard voices and yah?? she said trailing off. ?I?m just going to go get a jacket if you don?t mind pausing the movie,? she said already starting back to her room. She wasn?t sure who was more embarrassed, her or him. Walking back in she jumped seeing a giant form taking up half the window. She placed over her racing heart, trying to get it to beat normally when she realized it was only Sam. What would he want? It?s nearly one. she thought as she unlocked the window to let him in. ?Hey Sam. Uh, what?s up?? she asked a little confused by his visit.

"Just practicing walking onto the ceiling"

Nathan replied, walking up the steps, onto the wall and onto the ceiling.

"Its taken me a few tries to master this now"

He said, looking down at Sven

"What are you doing up?"

"Uh, I took a nap earlier this afternoon, so I won't need to sleep again for a couple of days at least. I'd say it's an advantage of lycanthropy, but... I'm usually bored this time of night." Sven only then noticed that there was a mechanical man standing between him and where Nathan would be if he were on the floor. "Oh, sorry, I didn't notice you there. Sven Torgerson. Are you one of the vampire's constructs?" he asked, offering his hand.
