Do you mean that they had it in Saints Row 2, or that it's going to be in Saints Row 3? Last I checked Saints Row 3 isn't out yet.

I don't know if it was avaliable on Consoles though.

Oh, and on-topic:
Destructible enviroments(at least temporarily, because you-know, the game will get kinda boring when there's no buildings and the ground is below sea-level).
Enterable buildings(as in every building is avaliable to be entered, even if they are just generic cut and pastes).
More default customization's. I don't know about you guys, but I would have appreciated it if they gave us more default face's to choose from rather than one for each ethnic, which if you want to be different, had to be edited via sliders.
A Cop uniform.
More tatoo and jewlery options.

i kind of agree and disagree. the only reason i disagree is because if they did then they would have to get rid of gant and i find gant hilarious. other then that most of what i want has already been said, going into buildings, the ability to jump out windows. and a bit longer story line SR2 seemed kinda short to me.

want to see more ability to customize " how" the gang behaves ( this I think can be done on how you dress them...if they are dressed as common street thugs thats how they act...if you dress them as ninja/ or even private army etc.. thats how they will act)

most of the things I really think of revolve around that side of customizing...


they need to let you take helicopters/planes/boats to get repainted and such too

I want to more customization, mainly the ability to customize aerial vehicles and watercraft. I also to be able to mount guns on vehicles, I want a turret on my la fuerza dammit!
Second: I want more than three gangs, I mainly want a russian gang. Purely so i can have my character's fighting style be sambo.
Third: use the songs on my harddrive for the custom radio station.

this. preferably if you can use weapons of mass destruction and large vehicles. I don't mean to be insensitive but if it happens anywhere it'll happen here. Besides I know I can't be the only person disappointed by the lack of total destruction in Just Cause 2...

I'll be happy if they don't drop support for it right away like SR2 on PC.

Stop being lazy. Take the small amount of time to make it work properly in Windows 7. If a player can get a servicable fix going - why can't the people who made it? Not to mention the crappy performance problems tons of people with insane PCs report.

They're like: "Thanks for your money, now go fuck off." Must be nice to so easily turn off your common sense and conscience.

But to be a little more on topic:

Ease up on the spamming of cops/gang cars.
Let you order a follower to drive you around, and let you tell them to follow a car while you shoot.

Some better cop/gang AI. I found it frustrating and boring that once you hit 5 stars the main method enemies used for attacking you was throwing cars at you kamikaze style. If that doesn't change for SR3, then I want a gun that shoots cars.

I hope the cockney voice is available again as well as a much greater selection of character voices.

It would be great if side missions were woven into into the main story instead of just being a progression check point.
Say... if you did Mayhem in the nuclear plant first, then when you went to steal the radioactive waste later, the plant is 'on alert' for the gun nut in the bowler hat.
