Saints Row: The Third Announced, Your thoughts and ideas

I have but one request- port it to PC properly this time, so I can finally get in on the fun too

Ugh, I have the PC version ans it's just unplayable...so sad.

The one thing I'd like to see is actual customisation of your gang and not just selecting a style, plus I want to be able to change the gangs colour! I really wanted my gang to look like the ronins.

Nice, looking forward to it. I still think that the GTA-series is better, but Saints Row is still a lot of fun. I just hope they fix some things from SR2, like the constant freezing in co-op.

If they're using the same engine as SR2 I want to be able to port over my character. If they're using a new engine I want to be able to recreate my character. Limited character customisation would be an absolute dealbreaker for me.

Not that it's likely. Other than that the one thing I don't want is for the main campaign to be locked behind those respect grinding mini-games.

Even more character customization. I think I finished SR2 as Xerxes, but I know I started it as Black Jesus. And somewhere down the line I was a cockney accented fat latina pimp. I think I might have also been Nathan Explosion at one point.

Also, PC. Please. I don't mind playing it on a console but I prefer my home turf.

wonder what the Collectors Editions gonna be like, they should give us a pimped cap gun or a replica, also what are your guys gonna looks like, are they gonna looks like a trans granny running around with a chainsaw (Again!) or a personal guy thats wears a suit or a formal casual kind of ger up with a katana, well Im just saying are you gonna make your guy a part of you (Take it serious with your guy) or make him a toy such as the granny example above?

And hopefully the PC port will be better this time around <_<

I look forward to this. I have been dying to see some new Saints Row stuff. And now this is what we get? Third Street Saints vs. The Syndicate? Street toughs versus the mafia? And this time you're doing it on THEIR turf? I'm sold.

Part of what made Saints Row so good, I thought, was that it took what Grand Theft Auto started (sandbox crime game with wacky fun over-the-top social satire) and fixed what was broken (driving controls being genuinely shit (you can't make a right turn without doing a complete 180), GTA's graphics are awful because of the emphasis on current-generation brown graphics) and amped up the absurdity to divine levels. I look forward to seeing how they spoof the mafia in Saints Row: The Third.

Also I hope that's a working title, because that's really kind of crap.

Saints Row 2 is one of my most favorite games. What would be cool, is if they let take your character from the second/first game, and play like that. Then if they have some new customazation, you can customize your character with something you already like. Oh, and some more streaking missions please. Other than that, I'm hyped for Sainst Row: The Third.

Oh sweet, I loved the second one. Still don't know why, maybe because I modeled my character after me and it managed to make a white fat kid look badass. The story was pretty cool too. I can't wait for the third one.

Being able to control your mindless mooks RTS style by setting up in a building and giving them commands might be nice.

But instead of "resources" you could have something gangsters actually car about like hookers, blow or guns.

Yeh finaly found out for myself, in one mission he sounds cockney.....hopefully that voice is also in the third game..

they should add helicopter fights... Seriously try it in saints 2...

Get a friend, Get a helicopter each, try and knock each other out of the sky on Light Damage friendly fire without using any guns...

conclusion... pure enjoyment.
