I want fully customizable weapons, both in upgrades like barrels, sights and extended magazines and visual effects like choosing the metal plating, engraving and grips. Whatever you make you get in cutscenes.
I want insane modifications to cars, I want to build something that's Green Hornet meets James Bond. Bristling with guns, rockets, mines and oil slicks. Insane bullet proof armour and an ejector seat. Also let me drive that in cutscenes and I want a car to be able to turn into a boat.
I want insane customization on my goons and lairs. While I think it should still be saints purple, I want all sorts of choices in my evil minions appearances.
I also wouldn't mind body armour that as well as giving you protection visually showed on your character depending on what they wore.
I want my character to be half comic supervillain and half James Bond nemesis.
Edit: Also two player splitscreen coop and an unlockable zombie apocalypse (they had everything already made for it in the second game).
