Any city that's a dystopia a'la Fallout 3's Megaton and,to an extent, inFamous' city. Interesting concept for that Empire City, shame it's scaled down. Gun's Wild West was pretty cool, roaming hills and countryside with towns and cities for shopping/causing mayhem/side quests. Come to think of it, Red Dead Redemption's looking even more appealing...
