Well, I played "Indiana Jones and the Emperors Tomb" when it came out, and entered a room in the castle opening up onto a balcony. I could see an enemy soldier - back turned - having a smoke out there, so just for fun I picked up a random bottle from a table and threw it at him through the doorway.
It hit him square in the head...and he pitched over the railing, trailing a scream all the way down.

It was amazing, because I had never before seen that kind of effect in non-scripted playing. Nowadays, it's more of a "nice one" moment...

Cool fight - too bad the game went steeply downhill from there.

I was just starting out on dawn of war's online, having the hardcore veteran's berating me as a noob in the pre-game chat then completely destroying all of them with ease, could of also put this in the accused of hacking thread for the amount of chat abuse of a different kind i recieved afterward, lol.

Beating Lou on guitar hero!!!

Also, on Halo 1 (where the sniper bullets are slow as hell) an almost perfect match with only noscopes :p

Or, pretty much whenever I'm doing good enough to the point where people think I'm aimbotting.

My most satisfying moment in a game was when playing CS:S on de_dust once (not de_dust2).

It was 6 versus 6 on an open server. In one of the rounds, my entire team (except for me) was dead, and every guy on the opposing team was alive. I was alone on CT versus 6 Ts. I had a Deagle with one magazine (7 shots). I won the round with 6 shots, with one left over. Every single shot I made was a headshot. There were two shootouts with two versus me, and I won both with two shots.
Thats Hardcore!
Best moment ever.

COD4 TDM
I was playing last night on Crash, one of my favorite levels, and I found myself upstairs in a building in the far corner of the map, surrounded by enemies. They kept coming in, maybe one or two at a time, and I got into a cycle of gunning them down, and then swapping my weapon for whatever they'd been carrying. I had the double-tap perk, so I ditched my Skorpion for an M4, and emptied that into the next wave, and picked up an AK47, and then a P90, before I was eventually taken down. That was pretty sweet.

A glory-moment from days gone by, on CS:S, that sticks to mind, took place on de_dust 2, when I was a CT trying to defend the (dropped) bomb in one of the bomb sites. Two terrorists came running in, and I had less than half a mag left in my M4. I emptied it, killing one, and I just discarded it, something I got into the habit of doing rather than switching weapons, reloading, etc.

The empty M4 sailed through the air, and landed *ON* the enemy Terrorist, who was using a Desert Eagle or something.
He obviously had the "switch to new weapon if more powerful" option turned on, because as soon as it touched him he whipped it out, and began the slow, tedious reloading animation, as I shot him to death with my USP.

It was totally unintentional, and I never managed to replicate it.

28 kill spree on Unreal Tourney 3. I think there's an achievement for 30 or 35. I had the Flak and I kept getting lucky by popping up behind people and being able to give them a face full of my gun.

I played a 100 point match in TF2 once. I was an Engineer and I built the gun in the enemies flag room. It was much fun.

Literaly destroying Elvis during the first encounter in Godhand, I haven't been able to fare so well during the following fights, but this one time I masterfully kept my life at it's max without health pickups, didn't lose any "rage gauge", and it was like a pummel ballet.

I really felt like I was Kenshiro afterwards...

Also the first time I beat a thug with a "finisher" in Condemned, it was awesome, I never knew a game could be so enthralling...

Oh yeah, and beating Rocket Knight Adventures on Genesis on the hardest difficulty without dying at all, to see the best ending, God it was a pain to master, but I was so proud...
That game was an absolute must have.

Beating down Angra in God Hand. It'll be even more satisfying if I can do it as I am now as part of the Kick Me Sign challenge.

Also, I got second on a server in a CoD4 match today. I'd only started playing CoD4 about 2 hours beforehand. Especially when I found out I had died the most in the match too, a massive 92 times.

Before the scoreboard came up, I felt like I was really letting my team down. To realise that I was the highest scoring member of my team really was just the pick-me-up I needed.

Bioshock.

Having Andrew Ryan command me to feed him his own putter.
Oh, I hated that part.... By that point, I actually sympathized with Ryan, and having to do that was just terrible.

If you didn't like Ryan, though, that would definitely have been satisying!

Counter Strike 1.6: Playing on de_dust, and I realized i died like, 14 times. At that time i was using a rifle, so I decided, forget it, and just bought the Machine gun from the store with primary ammo and Kevlar+helmet.

smartest move ever

I brought my kill ranking to number one, so i really helped see my team through this.

Halo 1 legendary campaign: Almost dead, nearly no ammo on both my AR and Pistol, and like, a couple plasma and fragmentation grenades. I managed to get so friggin lucky and managed to get away with all enemies dead, ammo for my guns, and full health and armor.

Beating Ninja Gaiden on the hardest difficulty (as if that game wasn't hard as hell before)

Getting the Crowbar and HEV suit in Half Life 2. Oh and the gravity gun too!

Ah, I remember that movie.......

On a different note, I always find it immensely satisfying to use the Gravity Gun in HL2 to hurl a saw blade at a zombie, thus causing said zombie to be cleft in twain.
