Is there any opportunity to learn more about the enemy? Or learn more about what the actual war is about before making my choice? Or would it need to be a quick choice?

All and all I would go along with it. If we win, then there is a whole world full of aliens that is grateful to me. Also if they can beam one person from Earth to Pmal, it could lead to an intergalactic exchange of information and trading leading to the Earth venturing further out into space.

Plus as been said before, what is to stop the enemy from tracing the teleportation back to Earth if I left, leading them right to our home world
Unfortunately you would have no further knowledge from the Pmaliens other than they're being invaded and exterminated. You could take this as them honestly having no idea what's going on or them actually hiding something. As for the last question, that's just something you'll have to consider when making the choice to leave or help.

I realize there is a lack of information, but I wanted this to be a tough decision without clear information on the consequences of your choice

Yeah that leaves it pretty subtle in how things may go either way. I would still help them though. Because if they have no actual weaponry, unless they are hiding it, then they are at the mercy of a potential planet exterminating race. And if I can make a stand and help them, I would.

Another small question though, would I be the only one they had the energy to teleport? Or could they potentially summon more humans to their side from earth?

They would be able to teleport more humans, but since the teleportation is random, you wouldn't be able to choose your friend, and there is the factor of the person not wanting to help anyway. Or using the new enhancements they have gained against you. It's all about the risk of choices

I'd stay and help the aliens. If I die in combat then at least I'll die as a hero. If I survive I will simply tell them that they don't need to reward me (Because I'm sure they would try to) and then just go back home and become a vigilante with my cool powers.

I'd do whatever sounded more fun, in this case, staying to help the aliens. I can worry about wether they are good or bad later. Either way, one race is going to be exterminated and at least this way I get to benefit from it.

Hmmm... my first instinct is to help, but then I remember that episode of Stargate where they go to help these people fighting an apparently desperate fight against evil surface opressors, who turn out to be outnumbered, outgunned people on the same world the first lot just don't like the look of.

So in short, I'd accept the powers and try to help, but at the same time try to gather some sort of idea as to why things are going down the way they are. If it turns out that the Pmaliens are really the victims, nothing will stop me from fighting with them. If it turns out they're the evil (and duplicitous) ones, then nothing will stop me from kicking their physically underdeveloped arses.

I would have to have the clichéd hot babe around for me to look at when giving the choice of going back or staying. So I could look at her and think "I'll do it, for her. Or for her tattybojangles anyway".

so... the super advanced aliens who can make you a super hero can't fight their own fight against aliens that can be defeated by one not-as-super-as-superman-but-stronger-than-ordinary-people soldier ? why can't they just teleport a bomb or some other such nasty? or ram things with space ships? and even if the technology they have attained is not intended for war it really doesn't work like that, for example would they not have some sort of defensive device against meteorites or other such nasties out in space? give more informations please

Permanent super agility? Fuck yeh! It'd be fun.

My life is frigging boring so I'd jump at the chance for adventure.

Sure, I'd do it. Then after the war, I would return home and be stronger than every person on Earth.

I'd give it a shot, because if I idn't, I'd spend the rest of my life wondering what would have happened if I had done it. Regret is a lot more fun than wondering the possibilities.

Kinda of a "Fifty years from now, when you're looking back at your life, don't you want to be able to say you had the guts to get in the car?" moment, if you will.

I say save their planet and if I like it enough, I'd probably ask to stay there too.

After giving it some thought, yeah, I would do it. If I found out later they are evil, I would just take them out too.

Definitely, I would love to do that. Also even if the Pmalians were not nice they would likely remember humans as "allys" if I saved them. And the glory of returning to earth as a bad ass would be fun. The only drawback would be that there would be a chance of death. It would be all or nothing but hey, it would be fun.

Besides, Ill just use whipfist and run away if things go bad-
Woops not superhuman I see from the description :D Shame.

Edit: Hang on this sounds one hell of a lot like the matrix! Red pill or blue pill?
