Like bloody hell it is! For the past week and a half my Xbox live hasn't worked and I've been sent tons of useless advice and had to wait for 3 days for an email that never came, and now I've got to wait until Wednesday to see if I get an email and if not to call them up. That was a terrible waste of time. You got connected to Xbox live and had to spend 10 minutes trying to get them to understand that the contact info for GFWL lead to them and they had no idea of how to help you. I'll agree that the Xbox support is OK tough.
