Prince of Persia does level design and characterization surprisingly well.
(I dislike it for being too stilted- the platforming sections may as well be cut scenes for the amount of input I felt I had).
I may as well say something bad about a game I love.
Bioshock was way too focused on fetch quests, and had a really weak ending level.

Hate: Halo, it has really awesome gun play and multiplayer and if it wasn't for the flood and crappy level design I would probably have all three games and had gone with Xbox instead of playstation.
Love: Kingdom hearts 1 controls were so bad a times fucking a brick would be easier. Seriously. Fuck you Tarzan.

Folklore's supernatural areas are probably the most beautiful looking and haunting places I have seen in a game.
Persona 3 doesn't let you control your teammates, a god awful decision when you instantly lose once your main character dies, with your AI partners constantly ignoring battle saving or ending decisions to throw a 50hp item at you and the enemies all have the ability to cripple your entire team with one single action.

A good thing about a game I hate:
JRPGs overall , hate them all just as much, and the good thing about them are that they give me something to really hate on. And at times they use a nice font for the text in the games, lol.

The daily quests in World of warcraft can get a little repetitive at times.

I disliked how it completely abandoned its identity to become a Call of Duty clone.
I still liked it though because Call of Duty has a pretty good control scheme.

I liked the satisfaction I can imagine one would feel after overcoming all the fake difficulty the game threw at you.
