Hi, Canada, and by extension all Canadians.I'm from the United States (just below you!) and I want to say that while, true, I have always regarded you with a vague sense of suspicion and unease, it is only because I have never once doubted your strength, efficiency, and the unwavering support your government gives to its people. (And if it's not obvious by this point, your sense of humor.)

Canada, if anyone invades my country, I want it to be you.

Germany Has great beer and maintains their history well. All the castles and churches are so beautiful and kept in great condition. The food is amazing, and I'm really glad I lived there for nine years.

Britain made Top Gear. The State's thank you for that (well, the ones that like cars, at least). We tried to copy it, but as far as I can tell, it failed quite badly in comparison.

New Zealand is freaking beautiful.

My Geometry teacher was Iranian, he was an awesome dude.

The Faroe Islands have without a doubt the most stunning natural geography I have ever seen. You think those Middle Earth environments from the LotR movies were amazing? Take a trip to the Faroe Islands, walk/drive to the top of a mountain and wait a few minutes for the clouds to clear. The view is going to blow you away.

Germany (or Berlin at least) is an amazing place, so much culture and history and an awesome atmosphere if you're new to the place.. and its clean and the beer's cheap..

Also the French, Swiss, German (anyone else?) Alps is possibly the most beautiful place I have ever been..

After living for a year in Ireland, in Dublin, I can honestly say that it is one of the friendliest places on the planet, this from a congenitally shy homebody that actually started going out once or twice a week there.
