It's Samael/Incubus from the original Silent Hill. Though, I'm told by Wikipedia that it bears distinct resemblance to Baphomet, the Pagan God of something-or-other.

Yours has a very clear point, and it's easy to see what sort of image you are going for.
I like this thread. It's very encouraging, and make me feel that all forum posters aren't complete dickheads/assholes. It made me post again.
Edit: though I'd briefly like to point out that anyone who posts more than a reasonable number of times (answers to questions don't count) is either very full of himself or in desperate need of attention.
