I actually had a lot to say on the subject, but then I noticed that like an immature child, you resorted to name calling. There is little to be gained by attempting to reason with someone that still has a child mentality.
I'm assuming your defense of the Xbox One is filled with denial, as is MS concerning their popularity.

I'm getting a new PC soon and the Xbox One has done its best to be unappealing. So I don't even feel the tiniest urge to buy it. My wallet salutes you, Xbox One.
Edit: It really is a testament to how bad it is that I tried to genuinely come up with positives outside of "exclusives" for you and I could not think of anything.
No, its a testament on how dug into your own thoughts about the X1 you are. The X1 does have alot of good features, just a couple of bad ones that are big NO-NO's.

OT:

I think numerals may be good here.

1. Exclusives (already said before)
2. Its a full on entertainment system. Seriously, this is a wonderful thing since it can decrease alot of clutter around the entertainment system.
3. The Kinect could actually do something good in the future (this is just optimism, since instead of developers dont have to think of making either a 'Kinect' game or a 'Non-Kinect' game)
4. You can share your library with your household.... FOR FREE.
5. Its all digital. Hell, PC people seem to love that.
6. It will keep people like you buying it :D Since you seem to have this thought process of "Im right, you have to prove me wrong."

And these are only things I can think of off the top of my head.

The new upgraded Kinect has some serious potential. While it won't be there at launch, it could lead to some VR like setups, perhaps eventually having a headset you wear as an additional device/controler that works along with the kinect to basically put you inside the world and offer true VR at home.

Previous VR games like Raptors Rampage, used gloves etc to monitor your hand movements (Where you were pointing a gun) but with the kinect you could allow full body movement, dodging, real aiming with your hand etc.

The potential has to be realized though, but even at launch the new Fantasia looks like it might be fun.

I have no intention of buying an Xbox One...at launch at least. I can see the potential for the kinect though, and if that is ever reached....well I could see it being the first mass marketed VR system. THAT I would buy.

The controller looks really really really good and I can not wait till I get to use one with my PC.
Titanfall looks like the multiplayer shooter that I have been waiting for.
It's got a rather healthy game library and quite a few exclusives.

I like the way it'd be able to keep my papers from blowing around in the wind if I put it on them.

I got one! The pre-E3 XBone reveal is probably what made Sony decide to say "fuck it" and go all-out during E3.

It has the games I want to play, Halo, Elder Scrolls Online, Minecraft etc, which is why I will probably going to buy one a few weeks after it is out so I can avoid the inevitable server crash.
ESO is gonna be on PS4 and PC/Mac, and Notch has stated that once his contract is up Minecraft is gonna be ported to pretty much every other platform out there.

Not sure if this helps you but I'm stating this for anyone else reading.

On the positives? Well the creepy aL 9000 capabilities probably will not be able to strangle you in your sleep in favor of the MS digital cybernetic Skynet overlords at release. That will at best be a feature to be patched in later.

I really like the look of the console. It looks cool and modern.

And Project Spark has huge potential!
Project Spark will be on the PC and 360 as well, thank jebus.
The "family" thing with 10 people on your list who can play games on your account from anywhere when you aren't playing them seems cool. Friends who aren't anywhere near you can effectively borrow your game, but it'd be nice if this worked along with the old fashioned way of lending things.

I like some of their new features but whole package is that of forcible servitude.

Games being developed for both x86 architecture and DirectX graphics would be super easy to port to Windows.
Thus it means probably just about everything the XBOX One ever manages to get will be playable on PCs.

It is actually kind of negative in a way that the XBOX 360 is junk that nobody wants to buy. Because many PlayStation 4 developers probably won't even fiddle with PC APIs like DirectX or OpenGL. Which is going to do a lot. Leading to probably still a lot of exclusive titles. Especially from companies that rarely meddle in the PC world.

I don't know what API the PlayStation 4 is using. But I'm sure it won't be as PC friendly as the XBOX One.
Uhh, you are very much mistaken when it comes to Micro$oft's policies. Xclusives are unlikely to ever grace the PC counterparts as their general policy is 'encourage' a transition to the proprietary hardware which is much more profitable.

Playstation 4 will use industry standard DX11.1 AND OpenGL 4.0.

I even recall the PS4 having more PS4/PC games than XBone, which may be attributed to half the latter's lineup consisting of CCTV 2 games.

The concept of sharing your library over the Cloud is intriguing. The thing is, the way it works is extremely nebulous, because Microsoft has done such an extremely bad job of explaining it, perhaps because even they haven't finalized how it's going to work. It doesn't seem like they have, or if the developers get a say or can opt out of the system too.

The way I -think- it works from subsequent interviews to E3 (and the way I think it makes the most sense for it to work) is if it's basically like giving your disc to someone, it's just done digitally across the Cloud. So if your brother lives in San Francisco and you live in NewYork, you can buy a game and when you're done with and he wants to try it, you can "lend" it to him over the Cloud without physically having to give him the disc. Then he can play it, but you can't, until he "gives it back to you" digitally.

If you could lend games digitally like that, and still play them simultaneously yourself at the same time as whoever you lend it to, that seems open to abuse and not something developers would go for at all. It would basically be the death of single-player games. I also wouldn't want it to work that way - if a game is great (I'm looking at you, Thief) I want lots of people to buy it so the developers will make more of it, not for people to limit the sales by abusing the sharing system. But I have some close friends and family members who live far away from me and since I can't physically share my games to let them try them out, it would be great if I could lend across the Cloud. It would also just be a more convenient way of sharing even if people aren't that far away, rather than have to give and retrieve discs back and forth.

I waited 3 years before I bought either a PS3 or an XBox. So, something positive; the XBone will come down in price some day, as will the games.
