Scariest boss fight ever

The spider zombie from Cryostasis freaked me the fuck out the first time I fought it. It's not hard or anything, but just the sounds it makes and the way it moves is so...eerie.


A real WTF moment.

If Im perfectly honest....Nemesis from Resident Evil god that guy scares the living crap out of me, imagine just walking around and you suddenly hear "STAAAAAAAAAAARS!" time to Brick your pants

that thing with no name from Resi4. It chases you around winding passages suspended above a bottomless pit, look grotesque as hell, flat out REFUSES to die the first time you kill him and... man.

In all seriousness, probably one of the most disturbing, albeit scary boss fights I have ever played would have to be the hidden, final boss from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. This is coming from a gamer who really strays away from horror-esque games, but I really found that angel/demon/eyeball thing to be rather disturbing...

I mean, seriously. It's a floating eyeball that BLEEDS. Need I remind you this game is rated "E?"

The dead hand out of OOT. Its not actually a boss but when your 8 years old its quite terrifying :S And the first time I saw a Re-dead...

He isn't a boss but, Chesty from Fable. It's so creepy when you enter his world and play his "games". I do love everything he says though, it always makes me smile.

Beard Mouth and Sword Arm as OverTheGun calls them in his Playthrough of Amnesia.
They are unbelievably scary as hell. its the running away part thats the scariest, you dont know if he is behind you and when you look he is right up your arse.
