L.A Noire, the last Homicide case:

Not so much the final bit of chasing that guy down, even thought that was pretty horrible to play through.

No, I mean the maze section when your'e still finding the poetry exerpts. Understand, I hate and fear the idea of being trapped somewhere I can't get out of, and mazes are just the embodiment of that. So having to wander through that claustrophobic nightmare was just awful for me.

I almost cried when I first went in there because of how twisted and sad it was.
in a nutshell: The character is haunted by the time she let the children she took care of die in a house fire. one demon for each child in her mind.
also this. the character in question is the unusually chipper hippie-esque camp counselor, and that room shines some light on her character and why she acts the way she does. also didn't every teacher have a secret nightmare locked in their head? I only found the same one you did but I heard everyone had one.
Yep, it added layers to each character.

Agent Nein left home after he couldn't stop telepathically reading his father's desire to have sex with his mother (who is dead).

Coach Oleander was kicked out of every army faction he applied to, and was horribly traumatized by his father killing a rabbit.

It's worth playing through the game again just to unlock the sub-layers of trauma everyone has.

I still get sweaty palms when I'm chased by the dragon boss in the first Wily stage in Mega Man 2. ;) I can't remember how much it scared the crap out of me when I first played that stage, but I can imagine it was quite a lot.

i played medevil when i was sbount 5 and i never could finsh it because at the 3rd level there was this creepy bost made out glass that always made me not play
