THe opening from Up. Not a word is said and the movie barley started and it rips your heart out and stamps it into the floor.

The first and foremost would be the final episode of 'Band of Brothers', it nails my heart strings like Kerry King riffing away on Reign of Blood.

The second... 'The Iron Giant'. "Superman..." turns me all blubbery every time.

Anyone else who's seen this will attest to the absolute sadness of this scene.

Grave of the Fireflies
NeverEnding Story. The swamp. MY GAWD, THE SWAMP!
Lion King , you know why.

Alot of stuff that's already been posted. lol

That scene in Final Fantasy 13, after Dajh dies, where Vanille breaks down and begs Sazh to shoot her.

Oh, and all of Grave of the Fireflies. Every. Single. Scene.
The second time I watched it, it took three sittings... eesh...

Anyway, towards the end of 'Shadowlands' I was close to weeping. Everyone knows that scene in Scrubs (season 5, I think, when Dr Cox loses all of his three featured patients, the Fray soundtrack just makes all the more blub-worthy). Pretty much the entire of the final episode of Tokyo Magnitude 8.0.
I agree with your Scrubs Season 5 episode, and I raise you the Season 3 episode where Brendan Fraser's character (established in Season 1 as being related to Dr. Cox's wife and his best friend)
dies, but Dr. Cox goes in to denial and we continue seeing Ben Sullivan from Dr. Cox's perspective with small hints that he's dead, until at the very end Dr. Cox and Ben are standing along a road, JD comes up and asks "Where do you think we are?" and Joshua Radin's "Winter" begins playing as the camera reveals Ben is no longer there and then pans to a view of the graveyard.
The power behind Johnny C's face in that last scene, along with the song, always gets me.

Also, the scene in a Muppet's Christmas Carol where the camera pans back to show Tiny Tim's empty chair in the Future Christmas. God, that's sad.

The Dark Tower 7 (if books count) seriously if you havnt read it READ IT. Also crazy spoiler click at your own risk.

Book 7 of the dark tower when Eddie, Jake and oy die and when susana leaves Roland to take care of patrik danvil and compleate his journey to the dark tower alone, the whole last half of the book was so difficult to read. Seriously the only thing to this date that made me cry like an asterix.

I watched this anime film called "5 Centimeters Per Second" a couple of days ago and it was bloody sad. The entire movie made me produce a single manly tear for the first time in years. And the ending was even worse. If you haven't seen it I highly recommend it.

The Land Before Time.

After watching...that scene...I can never watch that movie ever again, especially considering it just reminds me of when my aunty died.

It's so bad I haven't watched that film in over 11 years, still enjoy the others, but the first one?

Nope, can't bring myself to watch it ever again.

Blackadder Goes Forth - "Wrote a note in my diary on the way over here. It simply reads 'Bugger'".

Luck of the Fryrish / Jurassic Bark.

Serenity - "I am a leaf on the wind."

The all-ready mentioned scene with Dr. Cox.

Up / Wall-E / God / Damn / You / Pixar

My only reasonably manly one:

Edit: My least manly one, Lilo and Stitch - "I'm lost..."

Oh god...why did I watch that?...I knew it was gonna get me but I did it anyways. Hell when she's in the hospital My lip starting quivering. Though it's a testament to pixar how they can make me care about this Character in such a short amount of time.

So, so many...
Fuko's disappearance, the end of Kotomi's arc, Nagisa's death, Ushio's death, and a few others. So much crying...
Yamura leaving his family behind and dying, Maki's death, Moji's death, Machi's death, and most of all, Ushiro sacrificing himself for his sister.
The ending, I was crying so much throughout that last episode, especially the picture scene.
The last episode, watching the last few characters disappear.
Kenshin leaving everyone to go Kyoto
Episode 22, Konata's mom
Miscellaneous parts...
As you can see, I cry easily.

The death of Dexter's wife, and the aftermath.
When they find out they dragged Buffy from heaven.
When Marshall finds out his dad died. The scene is amazing, it was actually totally improvised. The actor didn't know what was gonna happen, just told to react on a certain cue, which is the last thing Lily says obviously. And did anyone notice the countdown throughout the episode? I didn't...
I believe all the others have been said.

Its ok.
It is manly to cry at touching scenes. I think.

OT:
Bokurano
This whole anime was saddening. The first death was so unexpected, it literally shocked me but you relise that this is going to happen to all of them.Seeing the past of all the characters made me drop some tears while knowing their fates.
Pursuit of Happiness- a touching film with scenes that made me shed some tears.
Hancock- The final fight in this film was sad and awesome.
Seven Pounds- Nuff said.
there are more films and anime but I shall stop here.

I relise that all these films that I have listed have Will Smith in them XD. He is a good actor when he is serious.

I haven't cried in so long, the closest I have come was the end of Toy Story 3 and the end of Return of the King
