The entire ending scene to Oldboy...it was a brilliant movie but that ending was not enjoyable in the least
The rape scenes in Deliverance, Last House on the Left and Once Upon a Time in New York. Especially the last one it was just so fucking unnecessary.
Ah yes, the Once Upon a Time... scene. All remaining sympathy i had for Noodles, *poof* gone like that.
And Oldboy is a class on it's own when it comes to disturbing scenes.

Ok I just remembered watching this one crazy movie, but I can't remember the name. It was on the movie channel late at night.

It was in an oriental language.
The villain is a serial rapist who is well known, and he rapes and kills the protagonists wife or something.
The protagonist is like a super cop, and he follows the rapist around and prevents him from committing more crimes while also beating the shit out of him and sometimes mutilating him.
Eventually, they come to a house where some murderer lives, who kidnaps little school girls and (I think) eats them, but first cuts off their feet, hands, then head (in that order).
The murderer gets caught, super cop asks him questions, murderer laughs, super cop gives him a permanent "smile".

Does anyone know the name of this movie? I won't watch it again, it is just bothering me that I can't remember the name!

Has anybody seen Antichrist with William Dafoe in? There is one particular scene that stands out with his girlfriend and a pair of scissors. *Shivers* That is burnt into the retina for sure. There are a few cringey scenes in that film that make you think "no...wait...what??" but I think that one hasn't been topped by completely coming out of the blue and not shying away in any sense. The difference between that type of film and those cheap shock films is the grounded, sober tone that doesn't make you consistently roll your eyes at a creator just trying to be edgy. Also contrast.
I was actually going to mention this movie. There were a shit-tonne of disturbing scenes in it starting with the baby jumping out the window at the beginning. Although yeah the girlfriend/wife/whatever and the scissors was the crowning moment of "eww!" The worst part is I wasn't sure what I was supposed to take away from that movie.

What about how Willem DeFoe has his nuts crushed by a block of wood and then she jacks him off? No one's mentioned that.

Actually the scene that I found the most disturbing is in Van Wilder where the guys eat that chocolate eclair that the bulldog ejaculated in. Turned my stomach.

And then she bolts a cinder block to his ankle. That whole movie was messed up.

I want to say the movie is "I Saw the Devil" but I could be wrong.

For me it would be Human Centipede 2. Just..... everything in this movie is bad but I never thought I'd see a newborn baby gets its head crushed in black and white. Not Serbian Film level of unnecessary but pretty darn close.

I know someone who walked into a room while that film was playing, the first thing they saw was that scene and they had to run out and throw up.

But especially
The scene were the creature had just turned male and decided to rape her after killing her partner.
Yeah I like Splice but I also pretend the movie ends when
Dren dies and is buried.

That's a great choice. Seen parts of this movie as a way to young kid. Couldn't remember much from the movie as a whole, but this scene dug into my brain for a long time.

It also reminds me about other scene that have stayed with me for similar reasons: The sledgehammer "procedure" in Misery.

And there was also this scene from the movies that is a whole different kind of wrong (Again almost NS4W)

In the book Dust of Dreams there is a tribal people called the Barghast. They have a practice called hobbling which is performed on a disgraced female of the tribe. Their toes are chopped off and then they are used as a sex object for the rest of their short and miserable life. The hobbling itself is often performed by other woman who had at some point even been friends with the victim. The Malazan Book of the Fallen has several disturbing moments in it, but none were more horrifying than the chapter devoted to the hobbling and everything around it.

Hey that's it!! You win a cookie :)
I lied, I ended up watching the ending, which honestly was a pretty good ending.

And I haven't read about Human Centipede 2, because I figured it would be as fucked up as number 1, which is fucking fucked up. Like fuck. Who thought up the idea of sewing peoples mouths to other peoples butts, who thinks up any of these movies??!!!?

Yeah, when the movie opens with a toddler jumping out a 2nd story window while the 2 leads are busy fucking... yeah you're not off to a great start.

Surprisingly it is less gruesome than the book, where she...

Cuts his feet off with an axe and uses a blowtorch to cauterize the wound
