Throughout the years, I have searched far and wide, seen many things, and tried even more. Sadly enough, like everybody else, my memory becomes stale, and I forget many things.

So, fellow escapists. What have you forgotten through the ages? Games, movies, books, cartoons, you name it. If you have forgot the name, put down what you remember, and hope that someone else remembers the name of what you forgot

Now, I remember an old game. It's a side scroller, plane-type game. You shoot different creatures and dodges shoots, collect upgrades, where one of them is some kind of freaky wave cannon that is splitted from the start. I remember that the first boss is a gigantic skull, and the second boss is some kinf of space station... More than that, I don't remember =^^="

No that isn't the one. I had one with better graphics. It must of been populus 2000 or a remake or something. I loved that game though.

Are you sure you aren't thinking of Sacrifice [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sacrifice_%28video_game%29]? It certainly sounds close to what you are describing. You can also pick it up from GOG.com for like $6 US.

I loved that game, I think I still have it around somewhere. I hope so at least, I had so much fun with that, especially if I used cheats to get unlimited use of the god powers. That was great.

I remember playing some kind of shooter where you start out on a roof and there are some exploding barrels and you have a huge pistol and you jump down into a movie theatre.That's the earliest memory I have of gaming (about when I was 4).However,while playing some old games,I recognized Duke Nukem 3D as the one I was remembering.I guess my parents let me play it when I was 4.
