Secret Admirers/Stalkers

Hello escapist I have just woken up to something rather odd and I'd like to see your take on it, this note I found in my mailbox have no idea who it is but I am kinda freaked out by it. Plus I have a gf already.

Ps. I want to have your babies.

That is all there is to it, anyways what is your advice, tips, personal opinion of stalkers/ secret admirers in general or any similar stories are welcome.

The ever so slightly creepy nature of it leads me to think it might be a frape, or the version of it on whatever site you received it. Unless it's your physical mailbox, with paper and everything?

I secretly admire someone, but I've never sent anything like that. I can't imagine it would be conducive to he and I hitting it off.

Maybe your girlfriend did it for a laugh? Or some friends?

Put it this way, do you know anyone who would say that either as part of a joke or a serious confession in order to lighten the tone perhaps? If so, then mystery solved. Or at least mystery shortlisted.

That's the thing my gf couldn't have done this because she has been busy prepping for a brony bbq, and has a hard time finding where I live even on a good day. Plus while she does have a sense of humor her's isn't this warped.

As to the gr school comment well I'm 23 so no not gr school sorry to poke that theory out,

As for the immature thing I can't think of anyone out of my friends that would pull this since I generally don't invite people over, on account of the whole living with my parents thing.

This letter showed up on my mailbox attached to the house in fact it was the first thing my parents brought up with me as soon as I woke up. Followed by my WTF reaction.

Definitely a joke. Could be from literally anyone who knows your address. I wouldn't worry about it.

Zero effort put in the note... someone is trolling you, if it was an admirer they would try their hardest to impress.

Funny story. About a year ago, when I still had Facebook, I got a message from a girl. She wasn't really "my type", to say the least, but the message was fan-mail, and I appreciate compliments from wherever they come.

Turns out, she'd had entire Facebook Photo albums, full of pictures of me, for around six months that I was completely unaware of. They contained images of me that I and my friends had posted, pictures she'd taken of me without my knowledge and pictures she'd photoshopped of me.

I was a little bit freaked out, but I never called her up on it - I was never mean to her or ignored her or anything, it was just a little... Strange.

It could be someone trolling or it could be someone with a crush. However, having an actual stalker is a completely different story (speaking from experience). I would recommend that you keep everything sent to you in a safe place (try not to tamper with it too much) incase it does get more serious.

My ex boyfriend stalked me after we broke up, sent me threatening messages, followed me around then and ended up breaking into my house.

You have nothing to be worried about. Really. It could be someone playing a prank, or a female friend who had too many drinks. Happened to a friend. Turned out it was our lone female in our group. They didn't get together and it didn't get weird between them after that.

Ya there is a brony group in the city we live in that she is a part of, though it is actually a mix of guys and girls who luv the show, anyways MLP isn't exactly my cup of tea, i have watched a few episodes keeping an open mind and so on since I know she luvs the show, being the supportive bf I am.

Anyways as far as the letter is concerned I assume its just a friend trolling me since I haven't seen any other letters showing up yet. On the off chance it is legit though my plan is still the same avoid at all costs since I already have a gf I care about and don't need another one messing things up.

I don't want to go through the same drama BS as what happened to Vincent off of Catherine. (Note I am referring to the O No I'm about to be busted moments/I am so screwed scenarios not the nightmare stuff. That would be insane).

It looks like a joke, probably just some kids messing around. The kids in our area break into the flats and steal bikes - be glad you got a nice note!

As for the stalking, I had my name besmirched across these forums and then had to defend myself from this weird guy. He goes to my college, we used to be friends until he started telling me he would 'ruin my life' if I didn't break up with my boyfriend and go out with him.
