Btw, is it just me, or are they having problems coming up with the new names? The first generation names are classic, the 2nd gen. feel planned out and almost a little dark, but the 3rd gen gets kinda kiddish and cartoony, and finally the 4th gen just feels like they rushed through a list of weird names.

I like the Silve/Gold remakes, mostly because it takes the 2nd gen. game which I felt was the best due to the improvements it added while keeping the solid core the 1st gen started with, and the new graphics and game play ideas that have been hidden in the new games, and puts it all together. The touch screen will be nice, and the fact they added the feature to have a pokemon follow you like Pikachu in the Yellow version means they've hopefully found the winning game in the series. Now they need to focus on improving on what they've got and for gods sakes, need to STOP MAKING NEW POKEMON!

Do they have a Pokemon black and white? The series started out being named after colours, they could go back to that and use the left out colours: orange, purple, pink, brown... now that I think about it maybe some were left out for a reason.

I am more curious what other pokemon they could add. They literally have EVERYTHING including god, so what else is there?

The new name is low on the list of my concerns. A new generation (which normally means 100 or so new Pokemon) will be released later this year. More to memorize......

And hopefully some new evolutions for some older Pokemon.

I'm going to say they'll start ores or something.
