Whenever I used to have nightmares as a kid, I just use to switch beds.

Worked for me.

I use to never be able to go to sleep because I would always wonder what the various sounds were. My solution? Surround myself with familiar, friendly sounds. I kept the TV on, set the timer for 10-20 minutes, and was out. Still do that, and I don't have any problems.

I know but there's just something in its eyes, like its lulling me into a false sense of security so it can eat me.
