I was just pulled over for speeding on the highway. The officer claimed I was going 83 in a 65. I wast to contest the ticket because I had a ticket a little over a year ago. My claim is that I was driving with the flow of traffic (I was not leading), and the officer used his speed gun from across the highway in a diagonal direction and may have hit the car in the middle. 1. are these excuses applicable in court? 2. What are some of your reason on how I can get out of the ticket? Thank you for helping.

I realize different states have different rules and regulations but please any input helps.

1. HAH. Nope.

2. You can't. You're just lucky it wasn't 85, because that's a felony.
