Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.
Practically half the game consists of breaking the fourth wall and making people piss roll over the floor with laughter.

The Crash Course campaign in Left 4 Dead.

"Hey watch out for that Steam!"

"I love Steam."

"Ya, Steam's okay."

Huh... My favorite's probably in the game 5 Days A Stranger, where if you examine a door about seven times the main character goes into a 5-minute rant about a girl he once knew that had a door like the one you examine, and he wraps it up with(paraphrased) "Now i'm sure your thinking 'why would i want to know this?' Well, thats what you geet when you keep clicking on THE F**KING DOOR!"

there was one in ratchet and clank tools of destruction.

there is a charter who has been in the series from game 1 so when ratchet and clank bump into him for the first time on the ps3 he just say "sorry i did't recognise you in HD." it was one of the best parts IMHO
The Plumber. He's awesome :D Yeah, he does that in all the Ratchet & Clank games. In Ratchet 2 he says 'I'll see you in about a year.' Ratchet 3 was released a year later and he says "You're right on schedule!"

Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts has a main character called "The Lord of Games" whose face is an old-fashioned Pong screen.

ok parts of the game werent totally terrible but overall i found that the enemies where way to easy, the control scheme wasnt terrible but i seen better, the games bosses wer totally unbalanced for example the sea monster thing then the final boss who has the insta kill thing. Also i found that his "funny puns" after about the SEVENTEENTH time of hearing ALL of them just stop being funny and made me wish i could grate my face with a cheese grater other than hear him talking again. But i have one bonus about the game, due to the idoiotic way you can get a trophy JUST FOR PRESSING START it uped my trophy level from 6 to 7 and i got 75% of the trophies on the first playthrough.

Deadpool always breaks the 4th wall and in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 he does the same thing when he says "Does it really matter which one I choose? I can always choose the other option when I play through again anyhow".

And there's that cat guy in Oblivion, M'aiq the Liar... he has too many quotes, so I'll just link him:

Conkers Bad Fur Day, he constantly makes looks out the screen at the player during the cutscenes, and the ending revolves around him threatening the programmers to change events.

Also, the 4th wall-breaking insanity effects in Eternal Darkness, such as making it appear like the game has done a Blue Screen of Death, or muted itself.

House of the Dead: Overkill, this game is hilarious, and the voice acting is so intentionally bad, it makes it even more hilarious.
