Episodes 1-3 of star wars...
well in my opinion, they need to be removed, remade, and the originals should be made non-cannon... i like a 6 episode trilogy but isnt it better to just fix them rather than replacing them?
I actually found the prequels to be entertaining I think Hayden Christenson's(Is that how you spell it) Whiny performance and of course Jar Jar Binks give them a bad reputation now the Expanded Universe kiddy shit is unnecessary, I'm all for Expanded Universe and all but not when you try to sell it to 10-year-olds I remember being realy dissapointed when I read the review of The Clone Wars movie
I agree! they sold us older fans out for dumb kids.... I really hated that. I watched the clone wars movie as soon as it came out and was extremely disappointed... I felt that george was trying to get rid of us old fans to gain newer shallower ones....
I didn't even watch the movie I saw some previews and I was like "OK looks cool" I lost faith in it when I one of the characters said "O...K?" that line is just a desperate for humor line and it always indicates desperate script-writing aimed at little kids. I think its because the carefree droid-blasting shot 'em up prequels sudden dark turn in three tramatized a lot of kids and upset parents so he had to kiddy up the Clone Wars.
well I just thought he was getting tired of us older fans and wanted new ones... my little bro watched episode 3 when he was about 6 or 7 and he wasn't that traumatized...

CoD3 was pretty horrendous compared to the others, though I'm not sure if that counts as a sequel.

Operation Flashpoint 2.

SCREW YOU CODEMASTERS. Boheima Interactive should be the only ones allowed to touch that title. Now its just a COD4 rip off.
why is it a ripoff?

is it because it has guys shooting each other.

on topic i would say kingdom under fire circle of doom.

I heard that somewhere though it was some random guy on the internet though so I don't know if it was a reliable source, apparenty three was going to be rated R but everyone said "Let the kids see it, its a kid's story" so they toned down to PG-13 and then the tramautization ensued, come to think of it its probaly a myth made up by one of the older fans in denial of the fact that hes being abandoned. Its weird because I own a few Star Wars comics with gore comparable to Gears of War and yet read a series of novels in 5th grade where barly anyone died the scale of Expanded Universe goes from "OMG this kiddy shit shouldn't be associated with Star Wars" to "Damn, I had no idea Star Wars could be so disturbingly violent"

Lion King 2...

Oh, just games. Call of Duty WaW. Yes, I mean that. I would rather have had a two year space between MW1 and MW2.

And Mario Sunshine. 64 and Galaxy are two shining, golden treasures. Except they have that piece of shit in the middle.
Dude, am I the only one who liked Sunshine?

No, I know some other people that like it. I just can't understand them. It lacked the same calibre of level design, the spray gun was a gimmick, godawful voiceovers, and 200+ arbitrary, impossible-to-find blue coins to collect if you wanna 100% the game. Of course, that's all IMO, but may I ask why you liked it?
The control was still spectacular, the spray gun was fun to use, and it's just a lot of fun. Don't get me wrong: 64 and Galaxy are superior to Sunshine. But even Sunshine is better than most games on the market.

Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts

Now I'm not saying that the game is 'bad' but you could have replaced the main characters. Banjo and Kazooie are not low enough on the main character scale to be placed into every genre of gaming. They should stay as platforming icons. Mario on the other hand, can continue being a genre whore.
This. That game made me cry, it raped my childhood.

The last 8 Mario games, Call of Duty: World at War, GTA IV.
GTA IV did feel like an experiment for Rockstar rather than a entire game.

I think I was around 8 when I played Banjo Kazooie, I actually started playing it again recently because.....no platformer out there suffices.
I've played both it and Tooie again recently as they both came out on the xbox live arcade. Actually for the first month that Banjo-Kazooie was out on XBLA I was ranked no.1 in Australia for finishing time before my leaderboard data mysteriously disappeared (so did some of my friends)

Home Alone 2 on Game Boy. The original was terrible, why give us more crap? Damn your money.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Clear Sky. Disappointing.

Deus Ex: IW. Could never match the original. Too simplified.

the legend of zelda phantom hourglass and spirit tracks shouldn't have been made for the ds. the legend of zelda is much better as a game for the bigger consols like wii and gamecube and n64. i peronally just hate the ds for the sole reason that it stole the zelda franchise from the wii. nintendo should have kept zelda on the more powerful consols. although, wii ain't very good these days since they started with the educational and fitness games.

i personally loved sunshine because it was completely differant from any other game on the market, and the blue coins kept me interested for a long time.

Fable III, it has been announced to release in 2010 and Fable II was a disappointing sequel, in my opinion, as it did not really follow some of the dark themes in the first game.
yeah, fable 2 was sissy compared to fable 1, and also to cast a spell on fable two you had to stand there for like 5 seconds in the one spot holding the magic button...

That's a good way to describe the sequel. Also, there aren't many realistic magic restrictions, such as MP and cooldown; all was implemented was charging in more focused casting of spells.
