the tales of symphonia sequel.
There is a Tales of Symphonia sequel??? I thought that none of the Tales of games were sequelled (except maybe Tales of Dystiny).

I disliked the Matrix sequels. And another place to complain about FFX-2 YEY!

About Sunshine, in my opinion that's the best Mario game ever made. Galaxies is good, but could've been much better if it had had much more challenge. Only the comet-levels were somewhat challenging.

But for more OT: The Matrix sequels.

All in favour of Maniak being a douchebag say "Aye!"

Aye. Seriously, why boycott it? Are you unbelievably poor and you cant afford another game?

Halo 2 and 3.
The first one was a good game, not one of my favorites, but still pretty good. Others were the same thing, if i wanted the same thing, i would play the first one again.
The Thing video game. It's a sequel to the movie and it friking sucks. (just an opinion)

Demon Days by Gorillaz
The music was ok. But it just doesn't feel as great as the first CD. Back then it was all Lo-Fi, grummy, and disturbingly awesome. Demon days was too polished, smooth, and mediocre.

I think I mentioned it elsewhere, but: Final Fanservice X-2.
Hah. I hate that game too. But mostly because of the whole girl-power-fanservice part of it.
I liked the dress-sphere system though. I found a bug and mastered Yuna's special dress-sphere in a single battle... against a water flan in Besaid =D

Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts

Now I'm not saying that the game is 'bad' but you could have replaced the main characters. Banjo and Kazooie are not low enough on the main character scale to be placed into every genre of gaming. They should stay as platforming icons. Mario on the other hand, can continue being a genre whore.
Well, to be completely fair, Banjo and Kazooie did have a racing game on the GBA. Just saying.
This doesn't add anything to the conversation really, but I thought I'd point out that Banjo debuted in a racing game: Diddy Kong Racing (Also Conker's first appearance).

Episodes 1-3 of star wars...
well in my opinion, they need to be removed, remade, and the originals should be made non-cannon... i like a 6 episode trilogy but isnt it better to just fix them rather than replacing them?
I actually found the prequels to be entertaining I think Hayden Christenson's(Is that how you spell it) Whiny performance and of course Jar Jar Binks give them a bad reputation now the Expanded Universe kiddy shit is unnecessary, I'm all for Expanded Universe and all but not when you try to sell it to 10-year-olds I remember being realy dissapointed when I read the review of The Clone Wars movie
I agree! they sold us older fans out for dumb kids.... I really hated that. I watched the clone wars movie as soon as it came out and was extremely disappointed... I felt that george was trying to get rid of us old fans to gain newer shallower ones....
I didn't even watch the movie I saw some previews and I was like "OK looks cool" I lost faith in it when I one of the characters said "O...K?" that line is just a desperate for humor line and it always indicates desperate script-writing aimed at little kids. I think its because the carefree droid-blasting shot 'em up prequels sudden dark turn in three tramatized a lot of kids and upset parents so he had to kiddy up the Clone Wars.
well I just thought he was getting tired of us older fans and wanted new ones... my little bro watched episode 3 when he was about 6 or 7 and he wasn't that traumatized...
I heard that somewhere though it was some random guy on the internet though so I don't know if it was a reliable source, apparenty three was going to be rated R but everyone said "Let the kids see it, its a kid's story" so they toned down to PG-13 and then the tramautization ensued, come to think of it its probaly a myth made up by one of the older fans in denial of the fact that hes being abandoned. Its weird because I own a few Star Wars comics with gore comparable to Gears of War and yet read a series of novels in 5th grade where barly anyone died the scale of Expanded Universe goes from "OMG this kiddy shit shouldn't be associated with Star Wars" to "Damn, I had no idea Star Wars could be so disturbingly violent"
by "disturbingly violent comic" you mean theres actually one out there? what is it called, I need to look it up for reference to the topic
Well its not disturbing but it can be over the top, the comics about Boba Fett I had invloved him going after a space pirate that he ended up beating the shit out of and feeding to his Hutt boss, then the pirate's brother who happened to be a gang leader wanted revenge but ended up getting his body from the waist up blown up by Boba Fett the weirdest thing is the whole plot revolves around a Hutt falling in love with a female Hutt(Yes they exist apparently) and then hiring Boba Fett to make sure the wedding doesn't get fucked up and as the plot goes on the characters get into a soap opera like situation and Boba Fett could care less about the whole thing. At one part he drugs a bounty because he needs him to help him get into a ship then travels to the bounty's funeral and in front of his family digs him up and checks to make sure hes still alive.

A comic about Jabba the Hutt is even bloodier, I don't where to start Jabba strangles a guy in bed and crushes another guy, a guys head gets bitten off, and at one point after Jabba deafeats an adversary he orders her henchmen to be launched into space, one of them explodes and stains the ship window with blood to which Jabba remarks "I love it when they pop"

Both of them are older comics and named after the characters they focus on with "Star Wars" in the title of course

Final Fantasies II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, X-2, XI, XII, and XIII have you no right to call themselves Final Fantasy, because they have nothing to do with the original game, or with each other.

Guitar Hero 5 has no right to call itself 5 because there were never Guitar Heroes 1-4, or even an IV.

Halo 3: ODST has no right to exist because Bungie specifically stated Halo 3 would be the last one.

Assassin's Creed II, Dead Rising 2, and Half-Life 2: Episode Three have no right to exist because the original was fucking terrible.

Really? Guitar Hero I, Guitar Hero II, Guitaer Hero III Legends Of Rock, World Tour was IV, you just cant get that through your thick skull.
I'm going to go with Battlefront 2 aswell, well PC version atleast. BF1 just feels much more stable.
There was an original Guitar Hero but no 2, 3, or 4. Instead there was II, then a spin-off, then III, then another spin-off, then World Tour, which is implied to be the fourth one (let's also not forget On Shitty Handheld Touchscreen Tour). In fact, it even had the working title IV, but that never made it into the finished product. "5" should be called "IV", or better, "World Tour 2".

I really hope you're joking there... And for the record X-2 does quite a bit to do with an another FF, doesn't it? :p

Speaking of which...

Indeed. I felt like FFX's story, world and my experience with them was violated...

And I didn't even bloody like X.

The worst sequel I have ever played was undoubtedly Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen 2. Sure, the gameplay was tolerable, but how dare they turn their backs on the heavy emphasis on puzzles and story!
I didn't hate it but you have a point. The first Blood Omen was fucking epic and huge. So much to do and explore... And they did one of my favorite little things, they counted my dead for me. I love knowing that I depopulated the equivalent of a city.

Guitar Hero: World Tour. Worst setlist ever, the DLC is total shit, and the drum set breaks ALL THE FUCKING TIME. Just awful.
