Skies of Arcadia 2. A sequel now could allow for a much greater map to explore in a 3-dimensional space, keep the combat system for the most part (including the ship fights! Oh, more of those too!)
And, they could fix the horrible idea of making one characters ultimate weapon require a DLC-only island...
You win. You absolutely win. You are the all-encompassing incarnation of common sense.
Seriously, It's like, the best adventure story in a game I've encountered, and the only Sky Pirates story to get the concept of Pirates of the sky right. I would love to see more adventures from the likes of Vyse, Aika and Fina.
If nowadays we have the tech available to make games like oblivion and fallout 3 (keep in mind that Oblivion came out 4 years ago) then SEGA really haven't got much of an excuse to not release it.
OT: Another Code/Trace Memory 3. I rest my case.
Heh thanks, and I couldn't agree more, though Valkyria Chronicles has soothed that somewhat. I'd love to see them work on the Canvas engine with the current generation of consoles, as it has what I consider some of the most crisp, beautiful imagery yet, specially during cutscenes.
Hell, a marriage of it and Skies would be amazing if you ask me. The world in the first game felt expansive as is, and the expansions they could make with the current systems would be nice, including delving into and even past the mysterious dark clouds that was the "basement" of the first game.
