It's got to be Timesplitters 4. Timesplitters kicked and still kicks so much ass it's unbelievable. Though it would fuck the storyline up.
I heard that if they were doing a sequel that it wouldn't really be story driven and judging by some of the artwork etc, it seems like the story mode would just parody popular games.

Um Jammer Lammy 2

Oh, and KEEP YOUR HEAD UP!
I know it's not the same, but have you played Gitaroo-Man? It's another epic guitar playing game in the same vein as Um Jammer Lammy. While we are still on the subject of sequels, I want a sequel to that.

Killer 7 2
That would possibly blow my brain apart. That game ruined my life. I remember driving my housemates crazy with it because no one could underdstand what was going on.

I would jump for joy for another one of these.

For me- Future Cop. Damn you Sky Captain!
A new game in the Dark Cloud Series. I love these so much
Another Oddworld game...Not gonna happen

Demon's Souls. Demon's Souls x 1,000,000.

I don't know exactly how they'd go about a sequel since everything pretty much got wrapped up in the first one. They could do something with the broken 6th archstone. They could do a prequel. They could do a spiritual sequel that is exactly the same but new levels/enemies/weapons/armor/spells but really as long as it keeps that masterfully done combat and that immense sense of fear and dread because dying is such a nightmare, then it's fine with me.

Anybody ever play Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magics Obscura? Troika's gone though, so the odds of Arcanum 2 are sadly super low.
That and Vampire: The Masquerade: Bloodlines (which ironically began its life as an Arcanum sequel.)

EDIT: Also a sequel to Dark Corners of the Earth.

Lords of Magic 2, Jagged Alliance 3

Sequels to Archon, Soldat, Worms, Mule, 7 Cities of Gold, Chrono Trigger would be nice too.

Borderlands 2 (if this doesn't get a sequel I'll be very confused)

KoToR 2 (Oh wait, slapping the name onto a Star Wars MMO makes it somehow at all related to the plots of those two games!)

The Elder Scrolls - this time, let's get rid of the miserable leveling armor, weapons, enemies, loot, EVERYTHING...
I would also like to see more variety of enemies, including some real gigantic monsters and unique encounters like
The troll in the Northern mountains with a backstory based on Beowulf

Metal Arms: Glitch in the System - Just a really good third person shooter! I would love to see a next gen version as the Xbox/GC/PS2 version was such a blast with robot bits exploding everywhere and utter chaos wreaked by awesome weapons.

Duke Nukem Forever.
Not that it'll be bad but it's destiny is to never achieve completeness. It's like that ancient greek guy who's destined to keep pushing a boulder up a hill, then have it slip out of his hands halfway up and have to start again.
Sisyphus. :)

Another Myst game would be great (yes, I've played the entire series... except Uru.... but that was an MMO, so it doesn't count).

Another "Maniac Mansion" game would be awesome.

Psychonauts 2

Beyond Good and Evil 2

Prototype 2

another Legacy of Kain game would be great.

Alpha Protocol 2 (after they release a patch for the original obviously)

Jade Empire 2. I love that game to death. I also agree with Timesplitters 4. I don't think I have had more fun in an FPS franchise.
Bioware is sadly busy with Mass Effect 3, The Old Republic, and Dragon Age 2 right now but maybe in a few years.

A console Custom Robo would be awesome. Or a Zelda game that gives you the same freedom and abilities that Windwaker did (no one can deny they didnt like some thing in the sailing of it). But I'd like to see a persona 5 for the ps3. yes, I know, talks are in the works, but i want to take the combat mechanics of Persona 4, with the skills of the main Protagonist of P3:Fes (ability to use different types of weapons) and the way you could replenish yourself by heading to the main room.
