There's Seraph Lamington from Disgaea: Hour of Darkness. And I think Bayonetta may also have seraphs as enemies.

I know that sephiroth turns into one in FF7.

The other final fantasies may have them. I know that Persona/SMT has them.

I'll add the Sacred series of ARPGs, in which seraphim are one of the playable classes.
To add on to this, technically, Iris from Atlantica online can count because she has eight wings, but in regards to Seraphim, I'm referring to 6-winged seraphim as indicated in various religious books.

Depends on the definition, the regular christian angels (pretty much every game with bible references) or the original "holy shit what the fuck!?" from the bible (Bayonetta).
Sorry for the double post, but I'm looking more towards the Christian definition of Seraphim (6-wings, and wings take place of arms and legs)

Diablo games touch on angels and Christian mythology. IIRC Too Human has them too, tho I haven't played it. I just remember it had angels in it. I think Darksiders 1/2 will inevitably contain something of relevance and I think Sacred II had angels in as well.

Justice arcana in Persona series is made out of different casts of angels, while named ones, such as Michael, Sandalphon, Raphael, etc., are high-tier summons from other arcanas.

They're surprisingly rare huh? Even straight up angels I don't see used that often. On one hand I'm kind of glad for that. I didn't exactly attend bible school but I'm fairly sure having celestials get into wars etc. is painfully missing the point of what they're supposed to be. But on the other hand I'm also sure there's parts/versions of the bible where that's exactly what they do and there is something undeniably badass about warrior angels. :>

Anyway...

Ever since Heroes of Might and Magic 6, the ultimate units of the haven faction have been seraph rather than angels or some flavour of knight. There's also this bullet hell platformer thingy currently on steam's early access simply named "Seraph". Although that one is cheating a bit as the protagonist is stated to be an angel named Seraph.

Xenogears had them towards the latter half of the game as tools for the planet conquering nano-machine weapon/god/thing/extra-dimensional-engine-with-god-stuck-in-it. The angels even had a special elemental attack that if you weren't ready for would absolutely wreck you. Some of the late game bosses even shared names with prominent angels from the bible.

The spiritual remake/successor/prequel Xenosaga used them as well, but not quite as heavy handed. In that game they were more ghosts than heavenly spirits.

Plenty of Heavenly beings in the Shin Megami Tensei series. A few from SMT 4 (warning, Large Images!)

Not a video game exactly, but there is a Digimon called Seraphimon. He's the mega form of Patamon (who's "canon" line beyond rookie is based on angels, with Seraphimon being the strongest) and has been seen in a few seasons of the anime as well as some of the games. He kicks ass.

Not exactly exotic (depending on your definition of seraphs), but hey, his name says so.

My knowledge is limited, and I doubt the Seraphim that I know of has ANYTHING to do with whatever everyone else is throwing up. Supreme Commander's Seraphim is what I'm talking about. Aliens. They hate us. They practice a literally pacifist religion, though their warriors accept eternal damnation in order to ensure the survival of their people. Nothing like the Seraphim of pretty much everything else.

Well, I think there are a few in Tales of Symphonia... Too bad one of them's a major spoiler in its own right, so click at you own risk...

Other than that, there's the Goddess Martel... Just don't look her up to prevent any [major] spoilers...

The answer to that definition is pretty much Bayonetta, as it's the only (Video) game I'm aware of that even attempts to emulate the bizarre, acid trippy angels of the Bible.

As I recall, only one angel is spot on with your given defintion, though quite a few are close, and many draw influences from it.

The name rings a bell of course but... *googles* Ah, there you'll have your warrior celestials. :D I knew there was something to that effect in there somewhere. Then again this is revelations we're talking about here... The super smash bros. brawl of the bible, that brought us such gems as a beast with seven heads and ten horns, the four horsemen, and scorpion-tailed locust-men... Oh well, at least I can rest safe in the knowledge that thinking winged soldiers are sweet isn't quite as blasphemous as I had previously thought. Because apparently St. John of Patmos agrees. :p

In the Mega Man franchise, Lumine and Copy-X possess different seraphim forms as a transformation phase in their respective boss battles. Also, - though not in its entirety - similar attributes can be found in Master Albert's second phase.
