[HEADING=1]Round 74: BETRAYAL AT THE CONSORTIA OF EVIL INTENT [/HEADING]

You've finally done it, you've broken the world. In a single vicious, bloody battle you crippled the Heroes United Network, the biggest collection of superheroes in the world. You, the leaders of the Consortia of Evil Intent, broke into their system and using their own data destroyed every hero on earth that was connected to the network. Now, fat off your victory, and with no one to stop you, you sit on top of the world's wealth laughing all the while.

Not realizing you've left Bad Pouch, the crazy, gun-toting vigilante alive (he's so bloody deadly and crazy that Heroes United didn't want him), and he's ready to party..

Goals:
If you're Bad Pouch, your goal is to shoot literally everyone else in the Consortia. Have Fun. (Also, don't let anyone know you're Bad Pouch.)

If you're a member of the Consortia, there is $75 Trillion dollars, that will be split between the survivors after you kill that crazy bastard. You don't want to split it between everyone, do you? Live to the end, and with as little competition as possible. If you're lucky, maybe you'll be the last one standing and all of it is yours. Greed is the name of the game.

The Rules as Dictated by the Overlord:
-------------------------------------------
The Hero Step
-------------------------

1. At the start of the Hero step, Masterminds PM those who they save to the GM.
2. The Hero PMs his choice for who is dead to the GM. If need be, picks another if that target had been saved by a mastermind. Repeat if multiple masterminds save multiple players that the Hero chooses.
3.PM the lucky dead player, and have them write a death post. Death posts should be made within 48 hours of being told they're dead.
4. Extra votes are awarded to Masterminds and Infiltrators from the last turn and PM'd to them before the Revenge step.

The Revenge Step
-------------------------

1. Players choose to vote or use their powers. They have 48 hours to do so.
2. After the 48 hours, the GM runs the turns via the stack.
Raw votes are recorded. Mastermind and Infiltrator double votes are recorded and set aside.
Corruptors activate their abilities
Infiltrators activate their abilities
Controllers activate their abilities
Dominators activate their abilities
Brawlers activate their abilities, and any abilities nullified by them are removed from the stack.
After Brawlers remove powers from stack, move backwards up the stack. PM's are sent for Dominator and Controller revotes.
Final votes are recorded and the voting phase ends.
If the Hero didn't vote, activate his power now that the list is finished.
3.Vote totals for each player are PM'd to that player. The player with the highest vote total is PM'd, and they write a death post. Death posts should be made within 48 hours of being told they're dead.
4. The Revenge turn is concluded. Mocking laughter from the living as the Hero step starts.
The Game ends when the Hero is killed. The remaining players split the loot, and can give a small backstory on what they did with their money. Otherwise the game ends when the Hero kills all of the Villains. The Hero gets to make a victory post if they wish. Round ends.

1. Voting can not be rerolled, except in cases where a role has changed the rules.
2. Any loopholes in the rules you find or ways to use a player's power that wasn't discussed should be PM'd to the GM before introduction. Along with any questions before they become a concern.
3. More rules to be added as problems arise.

The Roles, Bring on the Evil
-------------------------------------------
After the Hero is chosen, every other player then chooses a role from the remaining list. This role should be kept hidden, and only revealed on the death of the player. Yes, multiple people will have the same role.

Brawler- At the cost of the Brawler's vote, he can pick two targets. If those targets chose to use their powers instead of voting, the Brawler stops their powers from going off. This includes a double vote from a successful Mastermind ability and the Hero's ability to see voting results.

Controller- The Controller role puppeteers another player. At the cost of your vote, you can force a player to vote in a way you want. Choose a player. You can make that player pick from three names to vote of the Controller's choosing (The Controller's name has to be one of the three names). If the target chooses to use a power instead of voting the Controller will be informed that their "connection was lost".

Corruptor- At the cost of the Corruptor's vote, he can add a vote to any player that votes for him. The Corruptor can do this every voting round, but gains an additional vote against him for every round he uses his power.

Dominator: At the cost of the Dominator's vote, he can force another player to revote. That player can not vote for the same player he voted for the first time. The Dominator is told who the victim voted for and who he revoted for. If a player the Dominator used his power on also used a power and didn't vote, the Dominator gets his own name back.

Hero: There can only be one Hero, and he is chosen at the start of the game. The game ends when the Hero dies, and the Hero can not kill himself during the Hero step, or vote for himself during the Revenge step. The Hero has two abilities. He gets to choose a player to kill during the Hero step every turn ( if stopped by the mastermind, he gets to choose another player to kill). During the revenge step, at the cost of the Hero's vote, he can be given a list of the villains and how many votes was voted on them.

Infiltrator- At the cost of the Infiltrator's vote, he can remove a vote from one player and place it on another. If the player the Infiltrator pulled a vote from in the revenge step still dies at the end of the step, the Infiltrator can get two votes. (One vote against two targets the next round, these votes can not be disrupted by the Brawler).

Mastermind: The Mastermind's power comes during the Hero's step. The Mastermind can pick one player, that player can not be killed by the Hero that turn. The Mastermind can not pick himself. If the Hero tries to kill the player the Mastermind is protecting, the Mastermind gets two votes during the revenge step to use against a single target. If multiple masterminds choose the same target to save and it is chosen by the Hero, both get the 2 votes and both can not choose to save that target again. The Hero gets to choose again. The Mastermind can not use his power to protect that same player again during the game.( He has to pick a new target every round, but can use his power every round so long as there is a player he has not chosen.)

Players so far: Loot: $15 Trillion split each of $75 Trillion.

Yaaay, the thread's up, time to spam!

So, you want us to choose super villain names? For the sake of consistency, I'll be going with "Phat Hippity Beatz", the meanest hippo gangster rapper on the streets...even if only Wary Wolf actually calls me by that name.

Hmm... Had some troubles deciding who to be...

Thinking Hircine for a while there for the whole were-wolves angle, but he's not exactly mercenary...

Neither is Nyarlathotep.

So I'll go with my favorite villainous merc., Jarlaxle!

Not exactly a 'super villain' as such but he's pretty damn capable. His powers come more from his magical trinkets, charisma and willingness to take stupid risks in a flamboyant manner.

I'm going to say he's a pretty good fit for me.

I want my super villain name to be Red Rocket. My superpower will be the power to grow really big and angry. I kill with penetrating force.

I've noticed the art for Bad Pouch is an Armadox original, if you zoom in on the scroll at the bottom right

Can the Mastermind flat out not protect the same player again or only if the ability activates? I assume the former but worth checking
