Votes are done through PMs to Armadox when voting phase starts, which is just after the killer has made their move.

Edit: You usually have 48 hours to do it, and in this round you can't change votes, so be careful.

That said, we'll see how much voting actually gets done, as I assume everyone will be using their powers to screw with each other o_0

Bah, I have no desire to share the wealth, I am quite simply laughing at the ridiculous concept that is brought about by mutual co-operation and trust. We end up with a pissant amount of wealth.
