@Pm0n3y: It's really simple, you put your name in the draw, the person who gets picked has to change their avatar, on Monday they pick who gets chosen, then up until Thursday people who put their name in the draw can post images for him to use, then on Thursday to Saturday we all vote on which one gets picked. On Sunday the winning image is given to the person and he wears it for a week.

I thought about doing NMA, even made a reserve, but then I dropped out because I couldn't find any embarassing pictures or wanted to change mine. Plus, that would mean going back to Sleek to fix the one I have right now. Unless the 75x75 pics don't have space limits, which they probably do.
