Alright an 8 hour shift at work two days in a row after Snowboarding for the first time this year does not go well...I can barely move from my chair at work. Also

Today is my last day of vacation. I have to go back to school tomorrow.

@Icarion: My basketball coach was the same in high school, I tell you though by the end of the season there wasn't a guy on that team who couldn't sprint the entire duration of a quarter [aka 15 mins] with a couple of water breaks and a quick timeout. We only had enough for two and a half lines so we had to learn to run forever.

@All: Thanks guys. I've had this idea bouncing around and morphing for about a year or so. It's nice to finally see it to completion.
@SteakHeart: It wasn't actually that bad. It was only an hour and a half and I distracted myself from the pain by talking with the artist and my mom as well as listening to music.

@Schizzy:I'm sorry, I didn't mean to fearmonger. Its just, well, my family used to take me camping. And at night we'd tell the scariest stories. Many times there was a serial killer wiping out entire towns. Terrifying these stories were. This situation just reminded me of them.

When you've been waiting half an hour for your meal, everything sounds good.
A crash.
A tinkle.
Schizzy paid no attention to it. He'd hoped that meant his master had got up to feed him.
A blackjack.
A blow to the head.
Alright. Time to bite the master. Schizzy got up to pad over to the living room. But was blocked by a pair of heavy leather boots.
Finally! Schizzy didn't bother to look up. He knew food was coming.
A crackling.
A pouring.
Ooh! Cereals!

Jon woke up from a splitting headache in the morning. He needed aspirin. Two of them. He headed for the kitchen.
He found his cat, dead, in a pool of its own vomit.
A note.
