@Stye I can top it easily. "Hello I'm James calling from *insert company name here* to get information about one a claim filed for one of your employees. His name is Rusty Johnson...wow."
@Skye there was an awkward silence for a few seconds before a quiet "Ya I know." came from their receptionist. Then professionalism returned and I got the information I was calling about.
I have yet to have a role other than victim. Curse my horrible number guessing abilities!

You have about a 1 in 25 chance of picking a number that will get you a role assuming there are no duplicates.
So by that (flawed) logic you will almost certainly have a role by Round 59. Just keep rolling those dice!
